What's new

Vendor Risk — full risk model with categories, thresholds, and coefficients

The Vendor Risk area has been comprehensively extended. You can now:

  • Define risk categories and configure the number of risk categories for your organisation.
  • Set threshold values using an interactive slider to determine when a vendor moves between risk levels.
  • Configure custom coefficients that influence the overall vendor risk score.
  • View a risk domain overview and a dedicated risk detail panel directly on the vendor detail page.
  • Use a "Set" page to activate and save the vendor risk model for your environment [NG-4116, NG-4088].

Asset Risk — redesigned screens with damage chart and risk slider

Asset Risk has been rebuilt from the ground up:

  • A redesigned main screen and edit screen give a clearer overview of all asset risk scenarios.
  • An interactive risk slider lets you set likelihood and damage values per scenario.
  • A damage chart visualises the distribution of damage categories across assets.
  • A new "Set" page allows you to activate the asset risk model.
  • Risk values are now shown in the asset general detail view [NG-4827, NG-4918].

Process Risk — redesigned model with likelihood and damage tables

The Process Risk module has been significantly updated:

  • Separate likelihood table and damage table components replace the previous single view.
  • A target risk can now be set via a dedicated dropdown.
  • The edit screen has been refreshed with improved headers and pill indicators [NG-4812, NG-4935, NG-4936, NG-4938].

International Standards — controls, audit mode, and evidence

The International Standards module now supports a full control workflow:

  • Browse and select standards with a dedicated dropdown.
  • Work through controls and sub-categories, entering justifications and general findings.
  • Switch between edit mode and audit mode using a lock/unlock toggle.
  • Attach and review evidence per control, with conformity and maturity indicators.
  • A search bar filters controls within the selected standard [NG-4858, NG-4924].

AI Settings area (IT Settings)

A new AI section has been added under IT Settings, allowing administrators to enable and configure AI-assisted features for the organisation [NG-4888].

Redesigned main navigation menu

The main menu has been redesigned with a hierarchical tree structure, collapsible sections, and on/off toggle icons — making it easier to navigate large configurations [NG-4813, NG-4815, NG-4949].

ROPA Excel export

ROPA records can now be exported to Excel, with a dedicated export function and styled output covering all key ROPA fields [NG-4852].

Intercom support chat

The in-app support tool has been switched to Intercom, replacing the previous provider.

Improvements

  • Vendor detail page — vendors linked to assets in ROPA are now automatically linked to the ROPA record, reducing manual data entry [NG-4831].
  • ROPA — linked documents — clicking a linked document in ROPA now navigates directly to the document detail page; a back-link returns you to the ROPA record [NG-4734].
  • General search — line breaks are now handled correctly in search results, and search works consistently across active filters [NG-4934].
  • Assessment templates — risk category calculation has been added to the template settings, and the header area has been refreshed [NG-4990].
  • Dashboard — ROPA risk widget — the risk target indicator and overall chart display have been corrected and improved [NG-4995].
  • Tags — tags are now translated according to the selected interface language [NG-4966].
  • Projects — a blank-screen issue on the projects list has been resolved, and German translations have been completed [NG-4991, NG-4325].
  • Tasks — deadline and due-date fields are now available in task detail views [NG-4154].
  • Status menu — clicking a status in the dashboard now redirects directly to the filtered list [NG-4920].
  • Date picker — the calendar now starts on Monday and uses correctly capitalised day/month initials across all supported languages.
  • "Enter to save" — text input fields across the application now support saving by pressing Enter [NG-4733].
  • Responsible person on DCPs — a bug that caused the responsible person status to display incorrectly has been fixed [NG-4230].
  • Company detail panel — the consulted-company detail view is now shown correctly [NG-4987].
  • Assessment header — the header area of assessments has been updated for consistency [NG-4990].
