What's new
Custom Filters for Personal Data and Purpose of Processing Collections [NG-4102]
Collections for Personal Data and Purpose of Processing now support custom filter options. You can refine and narrow down collection views more precisely, making it easier to find and manage the records you need without scrolling through large lists.
Organisational Unit Sharing Controls [NG-4112]
A black-list and white-list sharing mechanism has been introduced for organisational units, giving administrators finer control over which units can share data with one another.
Improvements
- Excel Export – The export function now correctly handles additional interface languages, ensuring that column headers and labels appear in the expected language when downloading reports. [NG-4106]
- ROPA – Child Objects – Organisational unit information is now correctly carried over to ROPA records when working with child objects, reducing the need for manual data entry. [NG-4105]
- Data Collection Points – Field classification and controller labels are now fully translated across all supported languages.
- Vendor Form – Minor alignment and translation corrections have been applied to the vendor general information screen.
- Context Changes View – Display improvements to the change-history panel ensure that related information is presented more clearly.
Fixes
- Data Collection Point tag handling – Corrected an issue where tag types were not stored correctly for Data Collection Points, which could cause unexpected display behaviour. [NG-4084]
- Processor save validation – Removed an overly strict validation rule that was incorrectly blocking users from saving processor records in certain situations.
- Personal data filter – Resolved a filtering inconsistency that caused incorrect results when applying personal data filters in collection views.
