Release 91 introduces location support for assets with multilingual capabilities, improves risk calculations in ROPA and process risk settings, and delivers several translation and usability fixes.

Overview

This release adds the ability to assign and edit locations on assets, including full multilingual support for location fields. It also improves how risk values are calculated and defaulted in the ROPA risk and process risk areas, and brings a number of translation corrections across multiple languages.

Location field for Assets

Assets can now have a location assigned to them. The location field supports multiple languages, meaning the value will be handled correctly regardless of your organisation's active interface language. You can set or edit the location directly from the asset edit view.

Target risk default value in Process Risk

When creating or reviewing process risks, the target risk field now defaults to "Medium" automatically, providing a consistent starting point without requiring manual selection every time.

Improvements

Asset risk settings – The asset risk edit screen now includes a currency field, allowing risk values associated with assets to be expressed with a monetary unit.

ROPA risk calculation – Risk value aggregation in the ROPA risk area has been updated to reflect more accurate calculations across linked records.

Translations – Labels and interface strings have been updated or corrected across Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese, Romanian, and Swedish.

Fixes

Process risk display – A fix was applied to the process risk component to ensure risk rows render correctly when no processes are available to show.

Data classification type (DCP) – Corrected an issue with how the classification type was being handled in the Data Classification Profile area. [NG-4050]

Auto-translation job failure – Resolved an issue where the automatic translation job could fail without a clear error message being surfaced. [NG-3855]
