Overview

This release introduces the ability to import and export Assets via Excel, adds a Status column to the Workflow overview, and extends the "Select All" option in group sharing. Additionally, several translation corrections and bug fixes improve overall reliability.

What's new

Asset Import & Export [NG-3446]

You can now import Assets from an Excel file and export your Asset register back to Excel directly from the Asset overview. This makes it easier to bulk-manage asset data outside the system and synchronise it back into Priverion.

Status Column in Workflows [NG-3545]

The Workflow overview table now includes a dedicated Status column, giving you an at-a-glance view of each workflow's current state without having to open individual records.

Select All in Group Sharing [NG-3364]

When sharing records with groups, you can now use a Select All option to grant access to all available groups in a single click, saving time when setting up broad sharing configurations.

Improvements

• Assets – The Asset overview and detail views have been updated to support the new import/export functionality and improved data handling.

• Vendors – The Vendor list now reflects updated sharing and group logic, consistent with other record types.

• IT Settings – General – The general settings screen has been streamlined; the IT Admin and IT Admin Name fields have been removed to simplify the configuration interface.

• IT Settings – User Management – Email validation rules on user creation and update have been refined to reduce errors when managing users.

• IT Settings – SSO/OAuth2 – A fix ensures that the OAuth2 client secret is now saved correctly, and the SSO configuration screens have been updated based on user feedback.

• Sharing table – The sharing component used across multiple modules (ROPA, DPIA, Tasks, Vendors, etc.) has been updated for more consistent behaviour and improved usability.

• Translations – Numerous translation corrections have been applied across all supported languages, addressing incorrect or missing labels throughout the application [NG-3363].

• [NG-3692] Fixed an issue causing incorrect data handling in certain record types.

• [NG-3651] Resolved a problem with missing task header information.

• [NG-3633] Corrected behaviour in the filter/search component affecting multiple list views.

• [NG-3690] Fixed an SSO/SAML configuration issue related to group claims handling.

• [NG-3691] Resolved a SCIM log filtering problem.

• [NG-3434] Fixed project graphs not displaying correctly.

• [NG-3637] Applied a translation fix for labels that were displaying in the wrong language.

• Fixed the OAuth2 client secret not being saved correctly in SSO settings.
