Overview

This release focuses on stability and correctness: validation feedback has been strengthened across multiple screens, several bugs in the Assessments and Legitimate Interest areas have been resolved, and smaller usability improvements have been applied to navigation, tags, and form fields. No new major features are introduced in this release.

Improvements

• Validation messages – Error and validation messages are now more descriptive and consistent across the platform, making it clearer what needs to be corrected when saving or submitting a record. [NG-3548]

• Assessment templates – The template selection and settings screens have been refined, and response-error messages are now properly translated for all supported languages. [NG-3548]

• Tags – Tags now load correctly when the interface language is switched or when the tag list is initially empty, preventing blank dropdowns. [NG-3548]

• Navigation menu – The main menu and horizontal navigation have been adjusted for more consistent positioning and behaviour across screen sizes.

• Legitimate Interest – The Legitimate Interest creation and editing flow has been updated to reflect the latest field naming and general layout improvements. [NG-3554]

• Assessment frontend (questionnaire) – The start button position has been corrected, the scrollbar is now hidden where appropriate, and the maturity question display has been stabilised. [NG-3561]

• Consultation – The "Create" button is now correctly shown on the Consultation screen.

• Password reset – The e-mail validation message shown during password reset has been improved for clarity.

• Text areas – Text area inputs across various forms now behave consistently.

• Active Directory role mapping – A dropdown rendering issue on the Active Directory roles screen has been resolved. [NG-3586]

• Assessments linked items – Display issues affecting linked Assessments, Documents, and Meetings within a record have been corrected. [NG-3561]

• ROPA general form – A bug affecting the ROPA general creation form has been fixed.

• TOMs general form – A fix was applied to the TOMs General form to ensure data is saved correctly.

• Asset general form – A bug in the Asset General form has been resolved.

• DPIA creation – An issue in the DPIA general creation screen has been corrected.

• Categories creation – A minor bug in the category creation form has been fixed.

• Performance – A query limit issue that could cause slow or incomplete data loading in list views has been resolved.

• Login / main URL – A fix was applied to ensure correct redirection after login. [NG-3473]
