Role-Based Access Control for Responsible Persons [NG-4977]

Responsible persons can now be managed with dedicated permissions. Administrators can assign read-only or full-access rights to responsible person fields, giving organisations finer control over who can view or edit accountability assignments across records.

Automatic Translation for Custom Roles [NG-5959]

Custom roles defined in the system now support automatic translation. When a custom role name is created or updated, it is automatically translated into the active interface languages, ensuring consistent terminology for all users regardless of their language setting.

Select All in Linked Object Tables [NG-5674]

Linked-object tables (e.g. documents, assessments, tasks, assets) now include a Select All indicator that works across all pages of results — not just the currently visible page. This makes bulk operations on large datasets significantly faster.

Risk Scenario Filtering [NG-5601]

The risk section now supports filtering by risk scenarios, allowing users to narrow down risk entries more precisely without scrolling through unrelated records.

Questionnaire Settings Permissions [NG-5654]

New granular permissions have been added for questionnaire settings, enabling administrators to control who can view and manage questionnaire configurations independently of other settings areas.

Collection Tabs for Assessments

Assessment templates now feature a dedicated Collection Tabs component, providing a cleaner, tab-based navigation experience when reviewing sections and questions within an assessment.

Improvements

Linked tables (all modules): Tables showing linked records (tasks, assessments, documents, assets, transfers, meetings, external recipients) now use consistent pagination and filtering across Assets, Asset Groups, DPIA, Data Collection Points, Documents & Policies, Incidents, Projects, ROPA, TOMs, Vendors, and more.

Assessment question options [NG-5942]: The display and layout of answer options within assessment questions has been redesigned for improved readability and usability.

Priverion Field in assessments: The Priverion Field component used in assessment templates has been significantly enhanced, offering better handling of linked ROPA attributes and improved read-only display.

Risk evaluation: Risk scenario creation now includes additional validation to ensure data consistency before saving [NG-5195].

Roles management: The roles creation screen now displays additional configuration elements, making it easier to set up custom roles completely in one place.

Filter search: Filter aggregation has been extended to cover transfers, improving the consistency of search and filter behaviour across modules.

TOMs (Technical and Organisational Measures): The rename tab action is now available for asset TOMs, bringing them in line with other object types.

Translation coverage: Translation strings have been updated and extended across all supported languages (Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish) to cover new features and corrected labels.

Fixes

[NG-5654] Removing a question from a questionnaire no longer causes an error in certain configurations.

[NG-5942] Restored records now return to the correct state after an undo/restore action.

Assessment required-action label: The translation for the "item required action" indicator has been corrected for improved clarity.

External recipients in ROPA: Parsing of external recipient data for table display has been corrected.

Documents – Select All: The select-all resolver for the documents list now correctly identifies all matching records across pages.
