Overview

This release delivers a major new Advanced Search & Filter feature that lets you search and filter records across all key modules from a single interface. In addition, ROPA records can now be exported to Excel, the Asset Type field has been upgraded to support multiple selections, and numerous design refinements and bug fixes improve everyday usability.

Advanced Search & Filter

A new search and filter bar is now available throughout the platform. You can search by typing keywords and apply filters by element type, status, assigned user, tags, and more — all without leaving your current screen. Results from multiple modules (e.g. Assets, ROPA, Tasks, Vendors, DPIAs) are surfaced together, making it much faster to locate records across your compliance portfolio.

ROPA Excel Export [NG-4627]

Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) entries can now be exported to an Excel file directly from the ROPA list view. The exported file contains structured columns covering all key ROPA fields, making it straightforward to share or archive records outside the system.

Asset Type now supports multiple selections [NG-4745]

The Type field on Asset records has been upgraded from a single-choice dropdown to a multi-select field. You can now assign more than one type to a single asset, reflecting real-world scenarios where an asset serves multiple purposes.

Tags available as a searchable submenu [NG-4717]

Tags now appear in the navigation submenu and support text search, making it quicker to locate and manage tag entries directly.

Improvements

Language selection (User Settings): The display format for selected interface languages has been revised for clarity; language names now appear in a cleaner, more readable format. [NG-4686]

IT Settings – translations: The IT Settings section is now fully translated into German and other supported languages. [NG-4739]

Process Risk – category translations: Risk category labels in the Process Risk module are now correctly translated across all supported languages. [NG-4708]

ROPA – linked objects: Linked Assets, Vendors, Retentions, Tasks, and DPIAs are now correctly displayed in the ROPA detail view, with accurate names shown for each linked record.

Retentions & Deletion Periods [NG-4248]: The information displayed for retention and deletion periods has been reviewed and corrected; minimum value validation is now enforced on duration fields.

Dashboard – Task Monitor [NG-4272]: The task monitor widget on the Dashboard now displays data correctly after a correction to the underlying query.

Linked tables – search bar: A search bar has been added to linked-object tables, allowing you to quickly filter related records within any detail view.

Responsive design: Multiple screens (People table in Projects, Question Settings, Process Models table, Polar Area chart, Risk settings) have been adjusted to display correctly on large (lg) and extra-large (xl/2xl) screens.

Name length validation [NG-4022]: A maximum name length rule is now enforced when creating or editing records, preventing overly long names from being saved.

External Recipients in ROPA [NG-4778]: Numeric input validation for External Recipients has been corrected.

Fixes

ROPA – External Recipients [NG-4778]: A bug causing incorrect data to appear in the External Recipients section of ROPA records has been resolved.

Linked Assets – retention display: Fixed an issue where linked retention records were not shown correctly for assets.

Linked document table: Corrected a display error in the linked documents table on detail screens.

Organisational unit names: Fixed an issue where organisational unit names were not displayed correctly in linked views.

Special characters in search: Fixed handling of special characters when using the search function.

Asset type display: Resolved a bug where asset type values were shown incorrectly after the multi-select migration.

White screen on load: Added safeguards to prevent blank screens from appearing under certain loading conditions.
