Release 55 (10.03.2023)

Release 55 brings several user-facing improvements across the DPMS, including infinite scrolling in linked tables, vendor risk scenario linking, updated document upload behaviour, and expanded translation coverage across all supported languages.

Overview

This release improves usability across multiple areas of the platform. Linked tables throughout the application now load records progressively via infinite scroll, and vendors can now be connected directly to risk scenarios. Document uploads and PDF viewing have also been refined, and translation coverage has been broadened across all supported interface languages.

Infinite Scroll in Linked Tables

All linked-object tables throughout the platform (e.g. linked assessments, tasks, documents, meetings, and more) now load records using infinite scroll rather than paginated batches. As you scroll down, additional records are fetched automatically — making it easier to work with large data sets without clicking through pages. [NG-3911]

Vendor — Linked Risk Scenarios

Vendors can now be linked directly to risk scenarios. A new Risk Scenarios tab is available on the vendor detail page, allowing you to associate one or more risk scenarios with a vendor record and keep your vendor risk picture connected to the broader risk register. [NG-3940]

Vendor — Criticality Design Update

The criticality section of the vendor form has been redesigned for clarity, making it easier to assess and record a vendor's criticality level. [NG-3938 / NG-3943]

Improvements

Document Upload — Policies & Documents: Uploaded files now display correctly immediately after upload without requiring a page refresh. Previously, newly uploaded documents were not shown until the page was reloaded. [NG-3937 / NG-3944]

PDF Viewer: The width and height of the loaded PDF preview have been adjusted for a better reading experience.

Notes: Notes are now correctly associated with the element they belong to, ensuring that notes created in context are properly linked. [NG-3941]

Search in Asset Tasks: The search field on the asset tasks linked table now functions correctly.

Labels & Tags — Translations: Labels and role tags across the platform are now translated consistently in all supported languages (Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, and others). [NG-3912]

User Management table: Layout and display of the user management table have been adjusted for improved readability.

Vendor — Assessment link: Corrected an issue where assessments linked to vendors were not saving or displaying correctly.

Notes — missing element type: Fixed a bug where notes created for certain elements were missing the element type, causing them to appear out of context. [NG-3941]

Documents not showing after upload: Resolved an issue where newly uploaded documents did not appear in the document list until a manual page reload. [NG-3944]
