What's new
Risk after implementation
A new indicator is now available in the risk module showing the residual risk after implemented technical and organisational measures (TOMs) have been applied. This gives you a clearer picture of how effective your implemented controls are at reducing risk.
International standards assignment in more areas [NG-4182]
You can now assign international standards (e.g. ISO 27001) directly when working in:
- Vendor records
- DPIA records
- ROPA entries
- Projects
This makes it easier to link compliance frameworks consistently across all relevant areas of the system.
Risk scenario type filter [NG-4189]
A new filter for risk scenario types has been added, allowing you to narrow down the list of risk scenarios by their category or type more quickly.
Improvements
- Risk module – current risk for vendors [NG-4191]: The current risk level is now correctly reflected in the vendor context, giving a more accurate overview of vendor-related risks.
- Assessment templates – intermediary results: The conditions and display logic for intermediary result screens in assessment templates have been refined for greater accuracy and clarity.
- Assessment templates – result screen: The result screen table and text output in assessment templates have been updated for improved readability and consistency.
- ROPA – risk scenario linking: Linked risk scenarios in ROPA records are now migrated and displayed more reliably, including correctly linked implemented TOMs.
- Rich-text editor (WYSIWYG): General stability and display fixes have been applied to the rich-text input fields used across the platform.
- Translation updates: New and corrected translations have been added across all supported languages for recently introduced interface elements.
Fixes
- ROPA – error on filtering: Resolved an error that occurred when applying filters in the ROPA list view.
- Legal basis – remove default IDs [NG-4194]: Fixed an issue where removing a legal basis entry could incorrectly affect default system entries.
- Linked collections inconsistency [NG-4195]: Corrected an inconsistency in how linked record collections were displayed and resolved.
- Assessment responses – WYSIWYG fields: Fixed handling of rich-text (WYSIWYG) content in assessment response fields, including correct detection of JSON/object input.
- Error message translations: Fixed several untranslated or incorrectly translated error messages shown to users.
- Context button translation [NG-4197]: The context action button is now correctly translated in all supported languages.
