Improvements

  • Assessment Builder – unique control names [NG-1366]: The system now prevents duplicate control names and duplicate question abbreviations within a section. An error message is shown immediately if a duplicate is detected, so templates stay consistent before they are saved.
  • Assessments – answered / resubmitted questions [NG-1428]: The question counter in the questionnaire header now correctly reflects the number of sent questions and clearly distinguishes between questions that have been answered and those that have been resubmitted, giving respondents a more accurate view of their progress.
  • TOMs – sharing re-enabled [NG-1389]: The sharing option for Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) that was previously disabled has been restored. Users can once again share TOM records as expected.
  • Meetings & Activities – creating external users [NG-1388]: It is now possible to search for and invite external users directly from the Meetings & Activities area. The user-creation flow has been updated with improved styling and clearer handling of external user accounts.
  • Organizational Units – show/delete [NG-1134]: The Organizational Units screen now handles display and deletion more reliably, including an improved dropdown interaction.
  • Active / Inactive status [NG-1465]: A user-status indicator (active / inactive) has been added, making it easier to identify and manage user accounts in the system.
  • Infinite scroll – network resilience [NG-1383]: Infinite-scroll lists no longer flood the server with repeated requests when there is no network connection. Requests are now throttled until connectivity is restored.

Fixes

  • International Standards [NG-1451]: An error that prevented International Standard entries (including ISO 27701 Annex A and Annex B) from loading or displaying correctly has been resolved. Active standards selected by a user are now preserved properly.
  • Vendor linking in Transfers [NG-1032]: Fixed an issue where linking or unlinking vendors inside a Transfer record did not behave correctly; the screen now redirects appropriately when no vendors are linked.
  • RACI table – unselected users [NG-1388]: Users who had not yet been assigned a RACI role were missing from the selection list in task RASCI tables. They are now listed correctly.
  • Question abbreviation – null value: Fixed a crash that occurred when a question abbreviation was null, which prevented the questionnaire from rendering.
