What's new

Data Transfer Filter in ROPA [NG-2579]

A new filter is available on the ROPA list view that lets you filter processing activities by data transfer — specifically, records where at least one vendor is located in a country different from your company's country. This makes it easier to identify and review cross-border data transfers at a glance.

Risk Scenarios and TOMs in DPIA [NG-2583]

DPIA records now include dedicated sections for risk scenarios and technical/organisational measures (TOMs), bringing the DPIA workflow in line with the broader risk management process. Risk scenarios and TOMs linked to a DPIA are displayed directly within the record.

Assessment Export from DPIA [NG-2583]

You can now export assessment data to Excel from within a DPIA record, making it easier to share and archive DPIA-related assessment results outside the platform.

Improvements

  • ROPA – TOMs tab: A direct navigation link from the TOMs tab back to the related ROPA record is now available, improving cross-module navigation.
  • Filter search bar: The filter bar now supports filtering by linked task status [NG-2578], allowing you to narrow down records based on the status of associated tasks.
  • DPIA creation: The creation flow now correctly routes back to the previous screen after saving, improving navigation consistency.
  • Assessment templates: Behaviour when changing values in new end-result fields has been stabilised so selections are retained correctly.
  • Compliance Settings – General: Country information in company records is now kept in sync when the general country setting is updated.

Fixes

  • Assessment recipients [NG-2664]: Fixed an issue where the responsible person field was not accessible under certain conditions.
  • Controls – linked risk scenarios: Fixed a display issue where the linked risk scenario section was not shown on a control record [NG-2660 area].
  • ROPA – risk scenarios: Fixed a bug where deleting a risk scenario also inadvertently removed it from associated DPIA records.
  • Standards / filter bar: Fixed an incorrect message stating no standards were linked when standards were in fact present [NG-2660].
  • Toast notifications: Fixed an issue where an error toast could remain visible after navigating away from a screen.
  • Responsible person access [NG-2665]: Fixed access rights so that the responsible person field is correctly available to the appropriate user roles.
