What's new

Tag filtering by compliance attributes

Request Tags in Compliance Settings can now be associated with a range of structured compliance attributes, including:

  • Regulations — link tags to the applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Legal bases — associate tags with the relevant legal basis for processing
  • Purposes of processing — connect tags to defined processing purposes
  • Data types — filter tags by the categories of data involved
  • Affected person types — relate tags to the types of data subjects concerned
  • Special categories — assign tags where special category data (e.g. health, biometric) is relevant

These index attributes make it easier to apply, search for, and organise tags consistently across your records, requests, and compliance documentation.
