Overview
This release delivers a substantially overhauled Assessment response workflow. Reviewers can now navigate individual questions in a dedicated evaluation view, inspect previous answers, linked TOMs, evidence files, and comments — all within a single, responsive interface. A new welcome screen greets respondents when they open an Assessment, and a Time Log chart gives an at-a-glance view of activity over time.

What's new
Redesigned Assessment Response Evaluation View
When reviewing an Assessment response, you now see a structured, full-screen evaluation layout. Each question is displayed with:
- Previous answers — a dedicated panel shows how this question was answered in prior submissions, making trend-spotting and comparison straightforward.
- Linked TOMs — any technical or organisational measures connected to a question are displayed inline, so reviewers have the full compliance context at a glance.
- Evidence files — uploaded evidence documents are shown directly alongside the question they support.
- Comments — reviewer and respondent comments are visible in context, without navigating away from the question.
Welcome Screen for Assessments
Respondents now see a welcome screen when they first open an Assessment. The screen provides an overview of the questionnaire before they begin answering, improving orientation and reducing confusion.
Time Log Chart
A new Time Log chart has been added to the Assessment area. It visualises activity and time entries over a selected period, helping compliance managers track engagement with ongoing assessments.
Resubmit Functionality
Reviewers can now trigger a resubmit for individual questions or for all questions at once directly from the response overview cards, streamlining the remediation cycle.
Improvements
- Assessment response navigation — Previous and Next buttons for moving between questions have been refactored for more reliable behaviour across all question types.
- Question card overview — The generic response card now surfaces a contextual action menu, making it faster to act on individual answers without opening the full detail view.
- Responsive layout — The Assessment response screens have been updated to adapt correctly to different screen sizes, including wider displays.
- Font and colour consistency — Typography and colour usage across Assessment screens have been aligned with the overall design system.
