What's new

ROPA linked to TOMs [NG-808]

The TOMs detail screen now includes a dedicated ROPA tab, allowing you to see which Records of Processing Activities are directly associated with a given Technical or Organisational Measure. This makes it easier to trace data-protection controls back to the processing activities they protect.

Risk Scenarios on Assets [NG-660]

Assets now support a full risk scenario workflow: you can add, view, and delete risk scenarios directly from the Asset detail screen. Risk scenarios are also filtered so that only those relevant to the asset type are shown.

TOMs classification by risk type [NG-808]

When working with risk scenarios, TOMs are now classified by risk type, making it quicker to select the right measure for a given scenario — including Data Subject Scenarios.

Description field for International Standards [NG-814]

International Standard controls now have a dedicated Description field, giving compliance teams a place to document context and implementation notes directly on the standard entry.

Screen resolution warning [NG-799]

Users working at low screen resolutions or with high browser zoom levels will now see a clear informational message, helping to explain any display issues and guiding them to adjust their settings.

Improvements

  • Asset detail – Risk scenarios: The likelihood table on the Asset risk model has been resized for better readability.
  • Process Risk – Edit inputs: Input fields in the Process Risk edit view are now editable inline, improving the data-entry experience.
  • Vendor – Transfers table: The columns in the vendor transfers table have been updated for clarity.
  • Filters across all screens [NG-736]: Screen filters are now preserved when navigating away and returning to a list, so your filter selections are no longer lost.
  • Control logs [NG-407]: The control activity log now loads automatically when you open a control, removing the need for a manual refresh.
  • Assessment Builder [NG-248]: Various layout and stability improvements have been applied to the Assessment Builder, including better handling of sections and questions.
  • Assessment responses [NG-778]: The design of the assessment responses view has been refined for improved readability.
  • Dashboard – Projects [NG-687]: The project dashboard no longer jumps or scrolls unexpectedly when loading.
  • Tags – Filter by name [NG-845]: Filtering tags by name in settings now works correctly.
  • Linked elements: Linked element tables across multiple screens have been updated to display data more reliably.
  • Terminology [NG-754]: The Spanish label "Est. Esfuerzo" has been updated to "Tiempo estimado" for consistency.

Fixes

  • [NG-809] Filter errors affecting multiple list screens have been resolved; search values are now handled correctly.
  • [NG-840] Risk entries that were not rendering correctly on certain screens are now displayed as expected.
  • [NG-615] A navigation error occurring when accessing DPIA screens has been fixed.
  • [NG-725] A white screen that could appear when opening the Assessment Builder evaluation has been resolved.
  • [NG-363] Deleting an item no longer requires a full page reload — the list updates immediately after deletion across multiple screens.
  • [NG-758] Deleting an estimated effort entry on a Task no longer causes an error.
  • [NG-805] Input fields in the Process Risk edit screen were not editable; this has been corrected.
