Exporting your ROPA

Follow these steps to export your Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) to an Excel file:

  1. Click on Document and navigate to Record of Processing Activities.
  2. The overview page lists all your processing activities. Choose the entries you want to export by checking the boxes next to each record. You can select single records or use the search bar to filter by specific attributes, such as organizational unit. For example, you can filter by HR to view and export all ROPAs related to that department.
  3. After selecting the entries, a black bar will appear at the top right of the screen.
  4. In the black bar, click the Export button.
  5. A prompt will appear asking you to select the format. Choose List with Data for exporting.
  6. Your browser will automatically download an Excel file containing all the ROPA entries you selected for export.
  7. Open the downloaded Excel file to review your ROPA. The data will be organized into rows and columns, making it easy to analyze or process further.
