Overview

With this release, users can now import and export assets, asset groups, and suppliers via JSON and Excel, providing more flexibility in managing data. In addition, this update brings important improvements and bug fixes to increase functionality and usability.

What's New

New Features

• Import and export Assets and Asset Groups
  • Description: Importing and exporting Assets and Asset Groups via JSON and Excel is now possible.
  • How to Access: To import, go to the Asset Register, click Create, and select Import Asset or Import Asset Group. To export, mark the checkboxes and click the export icon in the black bar on the right.
• Import and export Vendors
  • Description: It is now possible to import and export Vendors via JSON and Excel.
  • How to Access: To import, go to Vendors, click Create, and select Import. To export, mark the checkboxes and click the export icon in the black bar on the right.

Improvements

• German version
  • Adjusted multiple sentences and wording in German.
• Linked documents in Incidents & Breaches
  • You can now directly go to the document's detail page by clicking the document when an incident has the status resolved.
•  Dropdown for the IT admin
  • The dropdown for the IT admin in the IT Settings > General page has been removed.
• Status column workflow
  • A status column has been added to the workflow overview list.
• IT Settings
  • Performing a free-text search on the IT Settings > IAM > Logs page within the Log columns has been enabled.

Bug Fixes

• Issue ID [#3637]: Fixed an issue where the application could throw an error screen when switching to the Gantt diagram in projects and tasks.
• Issue ID [#3699]: Fixed an issue where companies were not displayed properly using a SAML2 authentication method and a domain list.
• Issue ID [#3633]: Fixed an issue where creating user accounts with invalid emails was possible.
• Issue ID [#3690]: Fixed an issue where the external ID attribute had to be filled in for mapping in SAML2, even though it is not required.
