Overview

This release focuses on the Sharing functionality within the Group Management area. Users can now select and share multiple records at once, search within sharing dialogs, and benefit from improved display of linked and shared elements. Notifications have also been extended to cover sharing events.

Multi-select sharing [NG-5354]

The sharing workflow now supports selecting multiple records simultaneously. Instead of sharing entries one by one, you can mark several items at once and share them in a single action — saving time when distributing records across organisational units or group entities.

Search in sharing dialogs

A search field has been added to sharing dialogs, making it easier to find specific records or targets when working with large data sets.

Sharing notifications

The system now sends notifications when sharing jobs are processed, keeping responsible users informed about the status of shared records without requiring manual follow-up.

Improvements

• Sharing – Linked elements: Linked elements associated with shared records are now correctly resolved and displayed, giving recipients a complete view of related entries.

• Sharing – Child record translations: Translations for child records within shared objects are now shown correctly, ensuring multilingual environments receive the full translated content.

• Sharing – Configuration: The sharing configuration panel has been revised; certain selection options are appropriately restricted depending on the sharing context, preventing misconfiguration.

• Sharing table & quick-share view: Minor display refinements have been applied to the sharing overview table and the quick-share panel for clearer presentation.

• All major modules (ROPA, DPIA, TOMs, Vendors, Policies & Documents, Legitimate Interest, Retention & Deletion, Data Collection Points, Assets): Internal sharing support has been aligned consistently across all these modules, ensuring uniform behaviour when records are shared or linked.
