What's new
Documents as evidence in assessments [NG-4606]
When completing an assessment response, you can now attach existing documents or policies directly as evidence for individual answers. This makes it easier to demonstrate compliance without leaving the assessment workflow.
Audience targeting for assessments [NG-4605] [NG-4873]
Assessments can now be configured with specific audiences. When managing access or sending out assessments, the recipient list can be filtered and restricted by the defined audience, ensuring that only the relevant recipients are presented.
Radial bar chart on the dashboard [NG-4733]
A new radial bar chart widget is available on the dashboard. It provides an at-a-glance visual representation of task or compliance data and can be added alongside the existing chart types.
Tag management improvements [NG-4809]
Tags in Compliance Settings now support additional configuration options, including a number-of-affected-persons tag type, giving you finer control over how records are categorised.
Assessment finish score [NG-4863]
The completion screen of a submitted assessment now displays a score summary, giving respondents immediate feedback on their results.
Improvements
- Assessment responses – The evidence file panel has been significantly expanded: you can now upload files and link documents side by side, and the interface makes a clear distinction between uploaded files and linked document evidence.
- Dashboard – Default chart sets are now assigned based on the user's role, so each user sees the most relevant charts when they first open the dashboard. Chart sizes have also been improved with better default dimensions.
- Number of Affected Persons – The field now updates dynamically when related records change, and a dedicated form component provides a clearer editing experience across ROPA entries, DPIAs, and other modules.
- Vendor and Project forms – Layout and field handling have been refreshed for a more consistent editing experience.
- Assessment sections – Section colour coding has been corrected and section filtering is now applied consistently throughout the assessment template editor.
- Assessment recipients – The recipients panel now correctly filters and deduplicates the audience list, and the manage-access form has been streamlined.
- Funnel chart – Data is now always sorted by priority, colours have been updated, and maximum height and width constraints have been improved.
- Tags (create/detail pages) – The tag creation and detail views have been updated to support new tag types with appropriate form controls.
Fixes
- [NG-4796] Vendor and project name resolution was returning incorrect values in certain situations; this has been corrected.
- [NG-4875] An issue where a dropdown select would open unexpectedly has been resolved.
- [NG-4860] Deleting an end-result entry in the treatment plan no longer causes inconsistent state.
- [NG-4879] An incorrect route name caused navigation errors in certain flows; the correct route is now used.
- [NG-4457] Sort order for tokens was incorrect in some contexts; the sort logic has been fixed.
- [NG-4646] A keyboard input control issue affecting custom key handling has been resolved.
- [NG-4754] A Redux store synchronisation problem that caused issues when creating multiple records in quick succession has been fixed.
- [NG-4734] Overlapping elements in chart views have been addressed with an improved positioning algorithm.
- [NG-4753] Missing enum values caused incorrect filter behaviour; the required values have been added.
