Overview

This release improves how shared records display their "Managed by" information, adds validation for tags in Compliance Settings, and introduces a new "does not contain" filter option across multiple languages. A number of internal stability fixes also ship in this update.

Improvements

• Shared records – "Managed by" column: The managing organisation is now displayed correctly and no longer wraps or breaks awkwardly in the table cell, making it easier to read at a glance.

• Filter options: A new "does not contain" filter condition is now available and fully translated across all supported languages (Czech, Danish, Greek, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, and others).

• Attribute templates: Personal data and processing purposes fields in attribute templates now handle names with spaces or special characters correctly, preventing display issues when editing records.

• Tags in Compliance Settings: Creating and editing tags now includes additional validation to prevent saving incomplete or invalid entries, reducing the chance of data errors.

Fixes

• [NG-4937] Fixed an issue where shared records showed the wrong "Managed by" organisation after sharing.

• [NG-5359] Resolved an error that occurred when updating shared records under certain conditions.

• [NG-5361] Fixed a validation gap in the Compliance Settings tag form that could allow invalid tags to be submitted.
