Overview

Release 361 is one of the largest updates to Priverion DPMS to date. The centrepiece is a ground-up rebuild of the Questionnaire and Assessment module, bringing a more powerful form designer, richer answering experience, a dedicated reviewer panel with task management, and graphical result charts. Alongside this, the Dashboard receives new KPI cards, persistent tab layouts, and expanded chart coverage. A new Change Log gives users a full audit trail directly on each record, and Custom Fields allow organisations to capture data that is specific to their own needs.

What's new

Questionnaire & Assessment — rebuilt from the ground up

The entire Questionnaire and Assessment module has been redesigned. Key additions include:

• New Form Designer: A modern drag-and-drop builder for questionnaire templates with support for rich-text questions (WYSIWYG editor), conditional display rules, scoring formulas, custom tags per question, and a live logic-test runner so you can verify branching rules before publishing.

• Template versioning & revert: Templates now track versions. You can view the history of changes and revert to a previous version at any time.

• Template sharing: Questionnaire templates can be shared with other companies in your group, including sharing-status indicators directly in the builder.

• Authentication option for questionnaires: Respondents can be required to authenticate before accessing a questionnaire link (permalink).

• Answering experience: The external answering screen has been fully redesigned with a welcome screen, progress sidebar, mobile-friendly progress drawer, file-upload zones, and an intermediate result banner.

• Results sent to respondents: After completing a questionnaire, respondents can automatically receive a copy of their answers and results by e-mail.

• Result charts: Graphical charts are now shown directly in the questionnaire results view, giving an at-a-glance summary of responses.

• Reviewer Panel: A dedicated review workspace for assessors, including comment threads, task creation, data-mapping steps, a change-history timeline, and the ability to reassign reviewers.

• Priverion Field integration: Questions in a questionnaire can now be linked to specific Priverion DPMS fields, allowing answers to pre-populate or update records automatically.

• Rule engine enhancements: New condition types and score-expression rewriting have been added to the rule engine. Deleting or editing questions that are referenced by rules now automatically updates or removes those rules to prevent broken logic.

Dashboard — KPI cards and tab persistence

• A new KPI / Info Cards section displays key compliance metrics at a glance.

• Dashboard tabs are now persisted per user, so your layout is restored when you return.

• Impact Assessments and Assets are now included in the dashboard data.

• Risk tiles by standard are now correctly displayed.

• A new Scope Filter Pills widget lets you filter the dashboard by scope.

• Chart coverage has been expanded significantly, including new data sources for ROPA, risks, tasks, and more.

Change Log

A Change Log is now available on element records (accessible via the clock icon in the upper-right of a record). It provides a full audit timeline of field-level changes, workflow events, and status transitions, with filters by date, user, and change type. Logging has been added to 11 element types.

Custom Fields

Organisations can now define Custom Fields for their own data-capture needs. Custom fields are configured in the new General Settings section and appear as additional tabs on the relevant records.

Company switcher — stay on the same screen

When switching between companies in a multi-tenant environment, the application now keeps you on the same screen (where applicable) instead of navigating to the home page, reducing interruption for group-level users. [NG-6253]

Organisational Units — updated structure [NG-4835]

Organisational units now support an updated department/classification structure. Departments can be managed directly from the Tags & Departments settings page.

Improvements

• Questionnaire builder: Rules and scores are now automatically cleaned up when a referenced question is deleted or edited, preventing orphaned conditions.

• Questionnaire overview screen: Layout and navigation have been updated for clarity.

• Assessment recipients table: The recipients section has been redesigned with a new add bar, quick multi-action controls, and a cleaner table layout.

• Assessment source elements: A new source-element selector allows linking assessments to specific DPMS records.

• Assessment general tab: New toggles for common switches have been grouped for easier access.

• DPIA pagination: Pagination across DPIA and other list screens has been updated for consistency. [NG-6185]

• Risk evaluation in assessments: The risk evaluation section has been significantly improved, now including a dedicated risk question header, scenario section, and linked TOMs list.

• Dashboard double-reload: A redundant double data-load on the dashboard has been resolved, improving load speed.

• Workflow e-mail notifications: Translation handling in workflow e-mails has been corrected.

• WYSIWYG editor (rich text): The rich-text editor now supports image paste, an inline editable mode, and improved toolbar options.

• Header and main menu: Design and layout of the top navigation and side menu have been updated.

• Notifications: The notification system has been refined to only use notification-type workflows, reducing unwanted alerts.

• Translation updates: Translation files have been updated across all supported languages (Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, and others).

• International Standards: Updated data for AI Act, BSI Grundschutz, CIS CSC, DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001/27701/42001, NIS2, NIST CSF, SOC 2, Swiss FADP, and many more.

• [NG-4835] Organisational unit attribute migration issues have been corrected.

• Fixed an activity-log infinite-reload bug.
