What's new
IGDTA document approval & rejection notifications [NG-4407]
Users involved in IGDTA documentation workflows now receive notifications when a document is approved or rejected. This keeps all responsible parties up to date without requiring manual follow-up checks inside the platform.
IGDTA module activated
The IGDTA (Intra-Group Data Transfer Agreement) module is now fully active and accessible within the compliance area for organisations that have it enabled.
Improvements
- Linked objects table — Filtering and data retrieval for linked elements now correctly respects the type of asset or asset group being viewed, so the table shows only relevant entries [NG-4205].
- Retention & deletion records — Duration values are now stored and displayed as proper timestamps, improving accuracy when reviewing retention and deletion schedules [NG-4288].
- Anti-malware settings — The anti-malware icon is now shown conditionally based on the actual configuration, and the settings screen has been refreshed with clearer layout and additional field options.
- Assessment text handling — Rich-text (Lexical) content in assessment responses is now parsed and rendered correctly rather than shown as raw markup.
- Company name field — The maximum allowed length for a company name has been updated to reflect practical requirements.
- Sharing module — Category colours and validation logic in the sharing area have been refined for a more consistent experience [NG-4392].
- Export — The Excel export for assessments includes improved column handling and enum-based category validation [NG-4265].
- Active Directory / Entra ID — Navigation fixes ensure the quick-navigation shortcut for Entra ID works reliably.
- Risk scenario creation — The creation form for risk scenarios linked to elements has been streamlined and conflicts in the workflow resolved.
Fixes
- Assessment answer validation [NG-4235] — An error that could appear when saving certain assessment responses has been resolved.
- IGDTA widget — A display issue in the IGDTA compliance widget has been corrected so it renders without errors.
- Linked elements [NG-4205] — Data aggregation for linked objects now returns the correct records when parent type differs between asset and asset group.
- Sharing table — An incorrect header that appeared in certain sharing table views has been removed.
- Translation keys — Missing or incorrect labels across multiple languages (including German, French, Spanish, and others) for document handling and approval statuses have been added and corrected.
