Overview
This release focuses on major improvements to the Reporting area of Priverion DPMS. Reports can now be created and delivered in multiple languages, a dedicated detail view has been added for individual reports, and a new time estimation section helps you plan reporting efforts. Additionally, activity logs now capture changes to tags for better traceability.

What's new
Multi-language reports [NG-897]
Reports can now be configured to be generated in one or more languages. When creating or editing a report, you can select the required output languages. At least one language must be specified — the form will enforce this requirement before saving.
Report detail view
A dedicated detail page is now available for individual reports. From this view you can review the report's general information, see associated documents and output files, and track the current status of the report generation job.
Time estimation for reports
A new Time Estimation section has been added to the individual report form. This allows you to define a time frame for the report, giving teams clearer expectations around when a report covers and supporting planning workflows.
Activity log entries for tags [NG-897]
Changes to tags throughout the system are now recorded in the activity log. This improves auditability and makes it easier to trace who made tag-related changes and when.
Improvements
- Reporting – general form: The report creation and editing form has been restructured for clarity. Fields are better organised and validation messages have been refined to guide users more effectively.
- Reporting – document and company selection: Selecting companies and document types for a report has been improved, including better handling of company hierarchies (parent and child companies are now correctly resolved).
- Reporting – output file display: Generated output files are now listed in a table within the report detail view, making it straightforward to locate and download completed reports.
- Report card overview: The report card components in the list view have been updated with additional information and a clearer layout.
- Translation coverage: All user-facing labels and messages in the Reporting module are now fully translated across all supported languages (CS, DA, DE, EL, EN, ES, FI, FR, IT, JA, NB, NL, PL, PT, PT-BR, RO, SV).
