What's new
Azure Entra ID Integration
You can now connect Priverion to Azure Entra ID directly from the Integrations settings page. The new provider panel lets you enter and edit your Tenant ID, Client ID, and related credentials. Sensitive fields such as Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are masked after saving, keeping your credentials secure in the UI. Error messages are shown clearly if a connection attempt fails.
Phone Number on User Profiles
When creating or editing a user account in User Management, you can now enter a phone number. This field is available on the user edit form and is stored as part of the user's profile.
Workflow Approval Validation
Assessment templates now support a new validation rule that controls the minimum number of approved answers required before a workflow step can proceed. The rule takes into account whether the step is assigned to a responsible person or to specific approvers, giving you finer control over approval thresholds.
Improvements
- Integrations – AWS provider: Access Key ID and Secret Access Key fields are now masked in the UI after the configuration is saved, preventing accidental exposure of credentials.
- Integrations – Azure provider: The storage container field has been renamed to "bucket" for consistency with other providers, and field labels now use direct display text rather than placeholder hints.
- Assessment templates: The template editor now includes an option to skip TOM validation on individual questions, offering more flexibility when designing questionnaires.
- Control sets: The form for editing existing standards within a control set has been extended with additional fields and an improved layout.
- International Standards – Risk Settings: The edit screen for risk settings on international standards has been updated with an improved layout and additional configuration options.
- Workflow Overview: Minor layout adjustments improve readability of the workflow overview panel.
Fixes
- Fixed a 500 server error that occurred when attempting to download shared changes if the changes list was empty.
- Fixed a 500 server error on the search/index endpoint when a record had too many linked elements.
- Fixed an issue where the minimum approved-answers value in workflow validation did not correctly allow zero as a valid threshold.
- Fixed the email template deletion route so that the template ID parameter is treated as optional, preventing errors when no ID is provided.
- Improved error message handling in the Integrations General component so that connection failure messages are displayed correctly rather than being swallowed silently.
