Release 69 brings several new fields and multi-select capabilities across key modules, along with important translation fixes in German and other languages throughout the platform.

Overview

This release expands the information you can capture in Compliance Settings, IT Settings, User Management, Vendors, TOMs, Policies & Documents, ROPA, and Tasks. It also introduces multi-select tag fields in several areas and corrects a range of translation errors in German and other supported languages.

Additional fields in Compliance Settings – General

The General section of Compliance Settings now includes additional legal-information fields, giving Data Protection Officers more complete control over the organisation's compliance profile. [NG-4166]

Additional fields in IT Settings – General

The IT Settings General screen has been extended with previously missing fields so that IT configuration data can be captured in full. [NG-4170]

Telephone field in User Management

A telephone number field is now available when creating or editing users, completing the contact information available for each user account. [NG-4172]

"Link" document type for Policies & Documents

When adding a Policy or Document, you can now choose between uploading a file and providing an external URL link. The upload date is saved for linked documents just as it is for uploaded files. [NG-4365]

Multi-select classification for Vendors

The Vendor classification field now supports selecting multiple classifications at once, replacing the previous single-value field. [NG-4308]

Multi-select tag for TOMs classifications

The TOMs record form now includes a multi-select tag field for TOMs classifications, making it easier to assign several classification values to a single TOM. [NG-4357]

Multi-select affected-persons tag for Legitimate Interest

The Legitimate Interest form now supports selecting multiple affected-person categories through a tag-style multi-select field. [NG-4352]

Tasks – RACI table: Labels in the RACI responsibility table are now displayed correctly in German. [NG-4343]

Tasks – type field: The task type field has been refactored to support multiple selections, providing greater flexibility when categorising tasks. [NG-4375]

ROPA – Internal Access: Organisational unit information is now included in the Internal Access linked table, giving a more complete picture of who has access. [NG-4164 / NG-4165]

Vendor – Representatives: A bug affecting the display and editing of vendor representatives has been resolved, and the section has been tidied up. [NG-4353]

Group Indicator button: The alignment of the Group Indicator button has been corrected across all screens where it appears.

Fixes

[NG-4340] ROPA: Two German translation labels had their meanings reversed; this has been corrected.

[NG-4330] Data Collection Points: Several German translation errors have been corrected.

[NG-4328] Assessments – Recipients: Translation issues in the Recipients section of Assessments have been fixed.

[NG-4348] Assessments – Answers: Various translation problems in the Answers section of Assessments have been resolved.

[NG-4346] Upload Documents: A spelling error in the German interface for document upload has been corrected.

General translation improvements have been applied across all supported languages (Czech, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish).
