Overview

This release adds custom field support to all major record types in the DPMS — including ROPA entries, assets, vendors, tasks, TOMs, incidents, DPIAs, documents, and more. Custom fields are now also indexed in the global search, so any information you store in them can be found immediately. A small number of stability improvements and fixes are also included.

What's new

Custom Fields on all major record types

You can now define and use custom fields on a wide range of records throughout the DPMS:

  • Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
  • Assets
  • Vendors
  • Tasks
  • Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs)
  • Incidents
  • DPIAs
  • Documents & Policies
  • Meetings & Activities
  • Projects
  • Retention & Deletion records
  • Data Collection Points

Custom fields you have defined will appear in the detail view of each record type and can be filled in directly from the edit form.

The global search bar now recognises custom field values, so records can be found by the content stored in any custom field — not only by standard fields.

Improvements

  • All major detail screens — the layout of general detail views (ROPA, Asset, Vendor, Task, TOMs, DPIA, and others) has been refreshed to accommodate custom fields cleanly alongside standard fields.
  • Translations — custom field labels and related UI strings are now fully translated across all supported languages (Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, and Brazilian Portuguese).

Known issues

No known issues.
