Overview
This release introduces the IGDTA module — a dedicated area for managing Intra-Group Data Transfer Agreements between group member companies. Group representatives can configure agreements, upload and track relevant documents, manage member company statuses, and trigger notifications when key deadlines are reached. Several supporting improvements round out the release.

IGDTA – Intra-Group Data Transfer Agreements
A new IGDTA section is now available under Compliance Settings. This module allows organisations that operate as a corporate group to manage the intra-group data transfer agreement that governs personal data flows between group members.
Key capabilities include:
- Configuration screen – Group representatives can set up the IGDTA, define applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) terms, and assign administrators. [NG-4164] [NG-4220]
- Group member status overview – A searchable list of all member companies shows each company's current agreement status, allowing the group representative to monitor accession and termination progress at a glance. [NG-4224]
- Document management – Upload, view, and track agreement documents per company, including anti-malware scanning of uploaded files. [NG-4166] [NG-4223]
- Accession & termination workflows – Manage the onboarding of new group members and handle termination notice periods, including validation of minimum notice periods. [NG-4341]
- Notifications – Automated notifications are sent when withdrawal periods are met or other key IGDTA events occur. [NG-4234]
- Roles & permissions – Dedicated IGDTA roles (Group Representative, Administrator, Member) control who can view, edit, and respond to agreement requests. [NG-4227] [NG-4332]
- Last-updated tracking – The IGDTA screen header displays when the agreement was last updated. [NG-4163]
Quick Navigation improvements [NG-4098]
The quick-navigation menu has been expanded with additional sub-items for Settings sections, making it faster to jump directly to frequently used configuration screens.
Retention period translations [NG-4289]
Retention period labels and values are now fully translated across all supported interface languages.
Applicable laws in vendor regulations [NG-4172]
Vendor records now display applicable laws with translations, providing a consistent, localised view of regulatory references.
Improvements
- Sharing – linked elements: Added validation to prevent shared linked elements from referencing the same object, and to block links to elements that are not part of the current sharing context. [NG-3452] [NG-4370]
- Internal access – select all: The "Select All" indicator is now hidden in detail views, preventing unintended bulk selections. [NG-4356]
- Workflow overviews: Clicking within a table is now correctly disabled when the Time Machine (historical view) is active, avoiding accidental edits. [NG-4399]
- IT Settings – IAM sync [NG-4154]: Improvements to Identity and Access Management synchronisation handling in IT Settings.
- Browser colour rendering [NG-4292]: Corrected a colour rendering issue affecting certain browsers.
