Overview

This release adds a dedicated Workflow section to Priverion DPMS, where you can manage workflow templates and active workflows. Alongside this new module, the release includes improvements to the ROPA AI assistant, the Risk module, and the login experience, as well as a number of bug fixes.

What's new

Workflow Module

A new Workflows area is now available in the main navigation. This module allows compliance teams to:

• View and manage workflow templates — pre-configured process blueprints that can be activated and reused across the organisation.

• View and manage active workflows — running workflow instances that can be monitored and acted upon.

• Open workflow elements in a new tab for side-by-side review.

• Search and filter within the workflow lists.

Workflows can be triggered automatically based on events within the DPMS (for example, changes to records), enabling process automation without manual intervention.

Improvements

• ROPA AI – Legal basis: The AI assistant now sends the applicable legal basis information after processing applicable laws, ensuring that AI-generated suggestions are better aligned with the relevant legal framework.

• Risk Scenarios – Risk model link: When a risk scenario indicates that no risk model has been set, a direct link to the risk model editor is now displayed, making it easier to resolve the configuration gap without navigating manually.

• Login – Company selection: The list of available companies shown during login has been corrected and now displays accurately for all account types.

• Company display: Company display names are now shown correctly throughout the application, including in workflow-related email notifications.

Fixes

• [NG-982] Resolved an issue that prevented users from logging in correctly under certain conditions.

• [NG-983] Fixed a problem where legal basis information was requested twice in the ROPA AI flow, causing unnecessary delays.

• [NG-964] Addressed several bugs in the Assessments area affecting correct display and behaviour.
