Overview
This release introduces new workflows for managing legal bases and special categories linked to records of processing activities (ROPA), along with an improved tag management experience that lets you review and selectively unlink associated elements before deletion. A number of translation corrections, layout improvements, and bug fixes are also included.

What's new
Review and unlink linked elements in Tag management [NG-1284]
When working with tags that have associated legal bases or special categories, you can now review all linked elements before making changes. A new dedicated screen lets you see exactly which records are affected and selectively unlink them — giving you full control before removing a connection.
Owner column for Legal Basis [NG-1284]
The legal basis overview now includes an Owner column, making it easier to see at a glance who is responsible for each legal basis entry.
Assessment Template export refinement [NG-1343]
When exporting assessment templates, internal change-tracking and automatic-translation fields are no longer included in the export file. The resulting export is cleaner and easier to share or import.
Improvements
- Risk Scoring (Assessment Builder) — The risk scoring input fields no longer accept or display leading zeros, preventing accidental invalid entries. [NG-1359]
- Vendor Risk screen — Long category names are now wrapped correctly and no longer overflow their table cells, improving readability. [NG-1352]
- Compliance Settings — Company description — The maximum character limit for the company description field has been increased, allowing more detailed entries. [NG-1415]
- International Standards — Saving a control in the International Standards area no longer causes an error. [NG-1414]
Fixes
- ROPA — Legal basis and special categories — Linked categories and legal bases that were removed in ROPA are now correctly unlinked across all associated records. [NG-1284]
- Translation corrections — Several translation errors in French [NG-1271], Italian, and Spanish have been corrected throughout the interface.
- Assessment questions — An issue where approved questions were not handled correctly has been resolved.
- File export — A formatting issue with comma separation in file exports has been fixed.
