Overview
This release introduces the Workflow module as a major new addition to the Priverion DPMS. Compliance officers and DPOs can now access a dedicated Workflow area to manage automated processes and workflow templates. Email notifications are sent as part of workflow execution, and the module is available in all supported interface languages.

Workflow Module
A new Workflows section is now available in the main navigation. This area provides:
- A Workflows overview listing all active and inactive workflows configured for your organisation.
- A Workflow Templates sub-section where templates can be browsed, activated, and used as the basis for new workflows.
- Automated email notifications sent to relevant users when a workflow is triggered or reaches specific stages.
- Support for company-aware workflows, meaning workflow emails and actions correctly reflect the organisation the workflow belongs to.
The Workflow module is fully translated and available in all languages supported by Priverion DPMS.
