Overview

Release 317 delivers a major upgrade to the Sharing module, giving users granular control over how records are shared across organisational units. It also introduces Review Workflows for ROPA entries and improves how Assessment statuses and intermediary results are displayed. Several translation improvements across all supported languages are included as well.

Individual Sharing Configuration [NG-4937]

The Sharing module now supports individual configuration per shared element. A new Custom Configuration card allows you to define sharing settings at the record level, giving you finer control over what information is exposed to receiving organisational units — beyond the global sharing defaults.

Review Workflows for ROPA [NG-5382]

ROPA entries can now be connected to Review Workflows. This makes it possible to trigger structured review cycles directly from a ROPA record, aligning the review process with existing workflow automation capabilities.

Assessment Review Workflow Support

Assessments now support an "Assessment Review" workflow type. A new one-time execution option is also available, and workflow statuses have been extended to include an explicit "error" state, giving you clearer visibility when something goes wrong during execution.

"None" Review Status

A dedicated "none" status is now shown when no review has taken place yet on a record, replacing a blank or ambiguous display.

Improvements

• Sharing table (Quick Share & Linked Elements): The sharing tables have been significantly redesigned for clarity. Column headers, layout, and the selection of sharing targets have all been improved to make the sharing workflow more intuitive.

• Linked Element sharing: The Linked Element sharing component has been overhauled, improving how linked records are displayed and managed within a sharing context.

• Download Changes component: The mechanism for downloading pending changes in shared records has been improved for reliability.

• Assessment intermediary results: Condition logic for intermediary results now correctly accounts for questions across different sections, ensuring scoring and branching behave as expected. Custom scores are also displayed more accurately.

• Assessment question templates: The question template view and title display have been refined for better readability.

• Workflow status labels: The "stopped" status label has been revised across all supported languages for consistency, and new "error" and "one_time" labels have been added.

• Action buttons layout: The object status indicator in the action button bar has been adjusted to display correctly across different screen layouts.

• Translations: New and corrected translation strings have been applied across all 17 supported interface languages.

Fixes

• [NG-5404] The styling of object status indicators in the common action button bar was incorrectly applied in certain layouts; this has been corrected.

• [NG-5394] A fix was applied to the workflow handling logic to address an issue affecting record processing.

• The RequiredActionCard component no longer renders incorrectly when optional data is absent.

• Workflow imports now correctly default to Draft status, preventing imported workflows from appearing as active unintentionally.
