Release 85 brings Greek language support, a new in-app guidance integration, and a range of improvements across ROPA, DPIA, Assessments, Tasks, Retentions, and Risk Settings, alongside several targeted bug fixes.

Overview

Release 85 extends the platform with full Greek (Ελληνικά) language support and introduces an integrated in-app guidance tool to help users navigate the system more easily. A number of existing screens have been improved and several user-facing bugs have been resolved.

What's new

Greek language support [NG-4703]

The platform is now fully available in Greek. Users can select Greek from the language settings, and all interface labels, messages, and navigation items are translated accordingly.

In-app guidance tool (Usetiful)

An interactive in-app guidance tool has been integrated into the platform. This provides contextual walkthroughs and hints directly within the interface to help users complete common tasks without leaving the application.

Audience notifications [NG-4358]

A new Notifications tab is available within Audience Management, allowing administrators to configure notification settings per audience.

"No processes to show" message in ROPA Risk

When no ROPA records exist to display in the ROPA Risk view, the system now shows a clear informational message instead of a blank screen.

Improvements

Assessments – Deadline field [NG-4132]: It is no longer possible to enter a past date as a deadline in Assessment forms. The date picker now enforces a minimum of today's date.

Assessments – Maturity tab: The maturity dropdowns have been corrected and now display and save values reliably.

Assessments – Comments [NG-4349]: The comment component in Assessments has been updated with an improved layout and interaction model.

DPIA – Consultation "Next" button [NG-3989]: Navigation between steps in the Consultation process within DPIA now works correctly after a page refresh.

ROPA – Display of data [NG-4051]: Data in the ROPA detail view now loads and displays correctly in all cases.

ROPA Risk Dashboard: An additional validation has been added to ensure the ROPA Risk Dashboard is only shown when relevant data is available.

Retentions & Deletions – Title and input fields [NG-4350]: The title field and certain input fields are now correctly disabled where editing is not permitted.

Tags – Export [NG-4467]: Tag data is now correctly included when exporting records; formatting issues with tag values have been resolved.

Tags – Name display [NG-4320]: Tag names now display correctly throughout the interface.

Sharing – Export [NG-3947]: Exporting shared data to JSON now works correctly.

Projects – Workload update [NG-4319]: When tasks linked to a project are updated, the project's workload figure is now recalculated and updated automatically.

Projects – Linked activities names [NG-4624]: Names of linked activities now update correctly when the underlying record is renamed.

Risk Settings – Process Risk [NG-4612]: The Process Risk settings edit screen has been improved and stabilised.

Risk Settings – Target Maturity [NG-3962]: It is now possible to edit Target Maturity values as expected.

Risk Settings – Projects Risk: The Projects Risk settings screen now uses the correct data-loading approach, improving reliability.

Active Directory – Date field [NG-4141]: The date field in the Active Directory settings now displays and saves correctly.

Dashboard – Margins [NG-4272]: Left and right margins on the main Dashboard have been corrected for a more consistent layout.

Tasks – Default task type: A fix has been applied to ensure the correct default task type is pre-selected when creating a new task.

Tasks – Project listing [NG-4715]: The list of projects available when working with tasks now loads correctly.

Legitimate Interest – Necessity section [NG-4226]: The Necessity section of Legitimate Interest documentation now displays and saves risk-related fields correctly.

Logout – White screen [NG-4610]: A white screen that could appear during or after logout has been resolved.

Progress – White screen [NG-4323]: A white screen that could appear on the Progress view has been resolved.

Translations: A range of missing and incorrect translations have been updated across English, German, Spanish, and other supported languages.

Fixes

[NG-4231] A redundant checkbox that appeared incorrectly in certain forms has been removed.

[NG-4647] A bug in the Retentions & Deletions area that caused an error when communicating with the Filerskeeper API has been resolved.

[NG-3948] Editing records shared with other companies is now possible as expected.

[NG-4418] A white screen that could appear in certain navigation scenarios has been fixed.
