Use AI to create elements

You can use the integrated artificial intelligence function to create your ROPAs in a time-saving way.

Activate AI

First, you need to activate the AI function. To do so, go to IT Settings, select AI from the menu on the left side, and click Edit.

After activating the AI function with the switch, you can select the industry in which your company operates from the drop-down menu. Then, Save your input.

Create a ROPA with AI

The ROPA guide describes how to create a new ROPA. Go to Document and select Record of Processing Activities. Click Create and choose Create ROPA.

Enter the name of the new processing activity. You'll notice a circular AI icon – click it to generate a description. Then, you can choose which tasks you'd like the AI to execute automatically. Click on Save.

Wait a few minutes for all tasks to be completed. Review and complete the generated details as needed.

The new ROPA has been created and can now be edited as described in the corresponding guide.
