Overview

This release delivers a series of improvements and bug fixes across multiple areas of the platform. Notable changes include an overhauled Data Flow diagram experience, a new calendar-based date picker for filters, and fixes to assessment data mapping, permission management, and ROPA risk dashboards.

What's new

Calendar picker for date filters

A calendar widget is now available when filtering records by date (including "Created at" filters). You can select individual dates or ranges directly from the calendar, making it easier to narrow down records without typing dates manually.

Task creation from TOMs

It is now possible to create tasks directly from within a Technical and Organisational Measure (TOM) detail view [NG-2706], streamlining your workflow when follow-up actions are required.

Improvements

• Data Flow diagram – zoom controls: The order of the zoom-in and zoom-out buttons has been swapped to follow a more intuitive layout [NG-2728].

• Data Flow diagram – edge rendering: Connections between nodes now render as straight edges with correctly calculated midpoints, improving the clarity of the diagram.

• Data Flow diagram – node dragging: Dragging behaviour has been refined so that only Information System (IS) nodes can initiate connections, preventing accidental links from vendor nodes.

• Data Flow diagram – headers: Custom header fields and header key validation have been added to data flow connections, giving you more control over how data transfers are described.

• Data Flow – selection dropdown: The selection dropdown in data mapping now displays a clearly defined name tab, making it easier to identify and choose the correct entry [NG-2726].

• Assessment data mapping: Additional attributes are now available in the data mapping answer evaluation view, and the layout has been improved for better readability.

• Assessment priority: The priority dropdown on the assessment detail screen now has corrected spacing and alignment.

• Permissions – multiple selection: You can now select multiple audience checkboxes at once when configuring assigned permissions, saving time when granting access to several groups simultaneously.

• Individual report – general tab: The general tab of individual reports has been updated with layout and content improvements [NG-2732].

• Date format: Date values across the platform now use a consistent, locale-aware format.

• Translations: Labels and UI text in the Data Flow area and other screens have been updated and corrected across all supported languages.

Fixes

• Data Flow – deleted edge recreation [NG-2708]: Fixed an issue where an edge could not be re-created after being deleted; the close (×) icon is also now correctly centred on the edge.

• Data Flow – node styles [NG-2739]: Corrected visual styling issues affecting certain node types in the diagram.

• Data Flow – translation errors [NG-2738]: Fixed incorrect or missing translation strings in the Data Flow interface.

• "Created at" filter not working [NG-2733]: Resolved an issue where the "Created at" date filter did not apply correctly when filtering records.

• DPIA classification deletion [NG-2743]: Fixed an error that prevented DPIA classifications from being deleted.

• Domain column text overflow [NG-2621]: Long domain names no longer overflow their column in list views.

• Switch styles [NG-2736]: Corrected the visual appearance of toggle switches that were displaying incorrectly.

• Login error [NG-2744]: Fixed an error that could occur during the login process under certain conditions.

• Risk score calculation [NG-2698, NG-2719]: Corrected the risk score calculation logic, including collision range handling.

• Row click target: Fixed an issue where clicking a table row did not reliably open the record detail; the click target is now applied at the row level rather than the individual cell.
