Version: 83
Release Date: 30.07.2023 19:00 CET
Overview
This release introduces several user-facing refinements: the term "External Recipients" has been renamed to Vendors throughout the platform, risk level colours have been standardised to the Priverion brand palette, and the DPIA screen has been updated to reduce visual clutter. A number of bug fixes address issues in the Task Monitor dashboard, user routing, login, and tag handling.

What's new
Terminology change: "External Recipients" renamed to "Vendors" [NG-4310]
The term "External Recipients" has been replaced with Vendors across the entire platform — including menus, forms, linked tables, and all supported languages. This change brings the platform terminology in line with common data-protection practice.
Project domain tags [NG-4316]
It is now possible to assign domain tags when creating or editing a Project, making it easier to categorise and filter projects by topic or business area.
Risk level colour standardisation [NG-4641]
Risk level colours (low, medium, high, critical) and task priority colours have been updated to follow the Priverion brand colour scale consistently across all risk-related screens, including the Risk Scenario list, ROPA risk table, and the individual report.
Improvements
- DPIA – Risk Scenarios & TOMs section [NG-4671]: The Risk Scenarios and Technical & Organisational Measures (TOMs) section is now hidden by default within the DPIA view, reducing visual clutter for teams that do not require this level of detail.
- DPIA – Consultation process title [NG-4219]: The heading for the consultation process step within a DPIA has been corrected and clarified.
- Audience management: Super-admin accounts are no longer displayed in audience assignment lists, keeping those lists focused on relevant users.
- Organisational Units – label [NG-4662]: The label for "Organisational Unit" has been updated for consistency across forms and detail screens.
- Responsive design – Individual Report [NG-4514]: The individual report layout now adapts correctly to large (lg) and extra-large (xl) screen sizes.
- Main menu – 1024 px screens [NG-4667]: The main navigation menu now adjusts properly on screens at 1024 px width, preventing overlap or clipping.
- Responsible Person dropdown [NG-4171]: Loading behaviour in the Responsible Person selection dropdown has been fixed and the field now responds more reliably.
- Add Users interaction [NG-4639]: Clicking "Add Users" in relevant screens now works more reliably without requiring a page reload.
- User Management: User Management now uses the centralised application state, improving consistency when assigning or viewing user roles across companies.
- Translations: German and Finnish translations have been updated and corrected in several areas, including Projects, Organisational Units, and Meetings & Activities.
Fixes
- Task Monitor dashboard [NG-4638]: A bug causing incorrect data to appear in the monthly view of the Task Monitor dashboard has been resolved.
- Login – password field display [NG-4655]: An issue where the "show password" toggle was displayed incorrectly on the login screen has been fixed.
- User routing [NG-4629]: A routing error that could redirect users to the wrong screen after certain actions has been corrected.
- Purpose of processing [NG-4618]: A bug in the purpose-of-processing field that could cause data not to save correctly has been fixed.
- Dashboard tags: A bug causing tags not to render correctly on the dashboard overview has been resolved.
- Vendors – linked Risk Scenarios [NG-4604]: Linked risk scenarios within the Vendor detail screen were not displaying correctly; this has been fixed.
- Background colour – create button area: An unintended white background appearing behind the create button in list views has been removed.
