Overview

This release adds a dedicated Manual Workflows section, giving users a structured way to initiate and manage workflows outside of automated triggers. The assessment frontend has been substantially improved with a new overview panel and a streamlined submission flow. Several fixes address edge cases in assessments, workflow permissions, and navigation.

Manual Workflows [NG-5655]

A new Manual Workflows page is now available under the Workflow section of the navigation. Users with the appropriate permissions can create, view, and manage manually triggered workflows. A dedicated Cancel button allows authorised users to cancel a running manual workflow directly from the overview table.

Workflow Queue Overview [NG-5851]

A consolidated Workflow Queue overview table has been introduced, replacing several older per-module workflow overview components. The table presents workflow status, element details, and required actions in a unified view across all object types.

Assessment Frontend — Collapsible Overview Panel

The public-facing assessment questionnaire now includes a collapsible Overview panel that lets respondents see all sections and questions at a glance and jump directly to any question, improving navigation for longer questionnaires.

Integrations Permissions

A new Integrations permissions set has been added to the role management system, enabling administrators to grant or restrict access to the Integrations section per user role.

Improvements

Assessment responses — The review list now displays additional context per answer, and the submit flow has been refactored to handle multi-form validation more reliably before saving.

Assessment templates — When a question is deleted, it is now automatically removed from any intermediary end-result conditions that referenced it, preventing broken logic in questionnaire flows.

Workflow forms (all modules) — Save and Cancel buttons are now shown or hidden consistently based on whether the workflow is already completed or cancelled, reducing confusion about available actions.

Questionnaire header — The header for the public assessment frontend has been updated for better layout and clarity.

Progress bar — Visual progress indication in the assessment frontend has been refined.

SCIM overview — The SCIM provisioning overview page has been updated with layout and display improvements.

Role management — New permission entries for manual workflows and integrations are now visible and configurable in the Roles settings screen.

Navigation — company switch — A fix prevents users from being unexpectedly logged out when switching between companies while on certain internal routes. [NG-5862]

Fixes

[NG-5876] Corrected a filter aggregation issue that could cause incorrect results when searching across certain object types.

[NG-5820] Fixed validation in the assessment engine that could allow invalid answers to be submitted.

[NG-5557] Resolved an issue with saving all assessment responses at once, including proper UUID handling and action validation.

[NG-5870] Corrected workflow permission checks so that reassign actions are evaluated correctly for the current user.

[NG-5845] Addressed inconsistencies in workflow condition handling for certain object types.
