Release 130 introduces a new Workflow module to the Priverion DPMS, allowing compliance teams to view, manage, and trigger workflows and workflow templates directly within the platform.

Overview

This release adds the Workflow module as a new area within Priverion DPMS. Compliance officers and DPOs can now access a dedicated Workflow section to view active workflows and manage workflow templates. The module is integrated with the platform's existing navigation and permission system.

Workflow Module

A new Workflow section is now available in the main navigation. This area gives users access to:

Workflows overview – a list of all active workflows within your organisation, with the ability to open individual workflow items for review.

Workflow Templates – a dedicated sub-section for browsing and managing the workflow templates that define automated processes within the platform.

Workflows can trigger automated actions — such as sending notification e-mails — based on events occurring in other parts of the DPMS (for example, updates to records or tasks). The underlying event-trigger mechanism is configured by administrators and runs in the background.

Navigation to the Workflow section follows the same pattern as other modules: select Workflow from the main menu to access both the workflow list and the templates area.
