Overview

This release increases the maximum file upload size to 100 MB, corrects a number of translation issues across the platform, and fixes bugs affecting risk category thresholds, likelihood options, and linked elements in ROPA. A new error screen now appears when an unexpected application error occurs, rather than a blank or broken page.

What's new

Error boundary screen [NG-925]

When an unexpected error occurs in the application, users will now see a clear, styled error message instead of a broken or blank page. This makes it easier to recognise that something has gone wrong and to report it or navigate away.

Improvements

• File uploads: The maximum permitted file size for document uploads has been increased from the previous limit to 100 MB, allowing larger files to be attached across the platform.

• Risk category thresholds: The design of the risk category threshold and risk category views has been refined for better clarity [NG-1289].

• Assessment status handling: The system now automatically updates assessment statuses when the status is not yet present in assessment template records, reducing manual intervention.

• Linked elements table: Internal improvements to the linked elements table ensure that data is loaded and updated more reliably, including correct behaviour during infinite scrolling.

Fixes

• [NG-1148] Untranslated strings in the shared linked elements table are now correctly displayed in the user's selected language.

• [NG-1303] Text translation in assessments was not rendering correctly — this has been resolved.

• [NG-1347] Likelihood options were being deleted after editing a risk entry; this data loss has been fixed.

• [NG-1136] Errors occurring when updating records that contained removed linked items have been resolved; updates now complete correctly.

• [NG-1262] Filtering by visible data now works correctly and no longer returns incorrect results during paginated browsing.

• Vendor risk: Corrections have been applied to vendor risk category handling to ensure data is saved and displayed accurately.

• TOMs in ROPA: Technical and organisational measures (TOMs) linked within ROPA are now updated correctly when changes are saved.
