Release 3 introduces linked Consultation Processes inside DPIA records, expands Risk Settings with new process and asset risk management, and improves the User Management invitation flow with automated e-mail delivery.

Overview

This release adds Consultation Processes as a linked section within DPIAs, allowing you to manage and track consultation workflows directly from a DPIA record. Risk Settings have been extended with dedicated process risk and asset risk support. In addition, the User Management area now sends invitation e-mails automatically when new users are created.

What's new

Consultation Process linked to DPIA

A new Consultation Process tab is now available inside DPIA detail and create views. You can link one or more consultation processes to a DPIA, create new ones from within the DPIA record, and navigate directly to them — without leaving the DPIA workflow.

Process Risk & Asset Risk in Risk Settings

Risk Settings now include dedicated management pages for Process Risk and Asset Risk. These allow you to define, edit, and save risk entries for individual processes and assets as part of your overall risk configuration.

Automated User Invitation E-mails

When a new user is created in User Management, the system now automatically sends an invitation e-mail to the specified address. This replaces the previous manual step and ensures users receive their access details promptly.

Improvements

  • DPIA – linked sections: The Assessments and Tasks tabs inside DPIA records have been reorganised and renamed for clearer navigation.
  • DPIA – create/edit flow: General information fields and save logic have been refined to reduce errors when creating or updating DPIA records.
  • Risk Settings – Maturity: A fix to the maturity calculation ensures values are computed and displayed correctly.
  • Assessment templates: Minor display and behaviour improvements have been applied to question templates within assessments.
  • Consultation Process – create flow: The general creation form for consultation processes has been extended with additional fields and improved linking behaviour.

Fixes

  • User Management: Resolved an issue where custom login URLs and user-specific configuration values were not saved correctly.
  • Risk Settings: Corrected a routing conflict that could cause navigation errors when accessing risk configuration pages.
  • DPIA save helper: Fixed an edge case in the save logic that could result in data not being persisted as expected.
