What's new
Multiple responsible persons [NG-4071]
You can now assign more than one responsible person to a record. This applies across all major object types — including ROPA entries, Assets, Asset Groups, TOMs, DPIA, DCP, Incidents, Tasks, Projects, Vendors, Policies & Documents, Legitimate Interest, Retentions & Deletions, Meetings & Activities, Data Subject Requests, and Organisational Units. The responsible person field has been replaced by a multi-select picker that lets you search for users, select several at once, and reorder them by drag and drop. All previously assigned single responsible persons are automatically migrated to the new format.
Notifications panel — read/unread filter and mark all as read [NG-4242]
The notifications panel now lets you filter between all notifications and unread notifications only. A "mark all as read" button allows you to clear all unread indicators in one click. The unread badge count in the header updates automatically every minute and also refreshes whenever the count changes.
Assessment answers and results screen
Assessment detail pages now include a dedicated screen for reviewing answers and results. Questions, answers, file attachments, and any applicable external links are displayed in a structured, filterable view, making it easier to evaluate completed assessments at a glance.
Vendor type — multi-select
The vendor type field on vendor records now supports multiple selections, allowing a single vendor to be classified under more than one type simultaneously.
Improvements
- Responsible person picker — the user selection component now shows the total number of available users and provides a live search, making it easier to find colleagues in large organisations.
- Notifications — notifications are marked as read automatically when they are rendered in the panel.
- Session handling — fetching notifications now also validates the active session, preventing infinite loading states on inactive browser tabs.
- Breadcrumbs / quick navigation — updated to support direct navigation links for additional object types.
- SCIM logs — the SCIM logs index view has been extended with additional information.
- Report detail — responsible person information is now included in report detail views.
