Overview

This release delivers a range of improvements and fixes across multiple areas of the DPMS. Highlights include enhanced DPIA classification and category management, configurable risk tool settings, improved dashboard layout behaviour, and fixes for issues with two-factor authentication, token management, and transfer-abroad filtering. Translation updates across all supported languages are also included.

Configurable Privacy Risk Tool [NG-4951]

Administrators can now configure the privacy risk tool settings directly within the platform, giving compliance teams more control over how risk models are defined and applied.

DPIA Default Classifications [NG-4759]

Default classification categories are now automatically created for new companies in the DPIA area, reducing the manual setup required when onboarding new organisational units.

Sorting for Risk Entries [NG-4949]

Risk scenarios and related entries can now be sorted, making it easier to prioritise and review risk items in long lists.

Reviewer Assignment Workflow [NG-4715]

A dedicated "Send" action is now available in the reviewer assignment flow for assessments, allowing reviewers to be formally notified and engaged through a clearer workflow step.

Improvements

Dashboard: Charts now support dynamic height calculation and improved layout metadata, resulting in a more consistent and readable dashboard view across different screen sizes and data volumes.

Transfer Abroad – EEA filtering [NG-4991]: The transfer-abroad section now correctly filters and displays only EU/EEA countries where relevant, improving accuracy in cross-border transfer records.

Linked objects table: The linked objects table has been enhanced to handle individual item selection more reliably, including improved "select all" behaviour and better synchronisation when linking or unlinking items.

DPIA tab navigation: A missing tab in the DPIA detail view has been restored, ensuring all sections are accessible without navigating away.

Vendor – Representatives: The vendor representatives screen has been updated for improved usability and data handling.

Assessment permalinks: The create and detail views for assessment permalinks have been refined for a smoother experience.

Translations: Labels and translations have been updated and corrected across all supported languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL, PT, and others) to improve clarity and consistency throughout the interface.

Dashboard – default charts [NG-4954]: Default chart configurations have been updated to better reflect current data structures and role-based views.

Fixes

Two-factor authentication [NG-4995]: Resolved an issue that could prevent users from completing the two-factor authentication flow correctly.

Token management [NG-4993]: Fixed a token-related issue that could cause session or access problems for certain users.

Transfer abroad [NG-4959]: Corrected a bug in the transfer-abroad section affecting how country data was saved and displayed.

Dashboard layout [NG-4880]: Fixed several layout issues on the dashboard that caused charts or tiles to render incorrectly.

Risk threshold display: Fixed an issue where the risk threshold value was not being shown correctly in the risk configuration screen.

Retention/deletion: Corrected a bug in the retention and deletion records that could cause data not to save as expected.

API token deletion [NG-4715]: Fixed an issue where deleting an API token could leave the interface stuck on a loading spinner instead of confirming the action.

Sharing – pending download [NG-4240]: Resolved an issue in the sharing configuration related to pending download states.

Reviewer assignment [NG-4929, NG-4948]: Fixed issues affecting the reviewer assignment screens that could prevent correct operation.
