Release 54 brings performance improvements to data tables across the platform, fixes for duplicate-name validation in organisational units, and updated German translations for tags.

Overview
This release focuses on stability and usability improvements across several areas of the platform. Table performance has been optimised for large data sets, German tag translations have been corrected, and duplicate-name validation for organisational units is now properly enforced.

Improvements
- Data tables (all modules): Table loading and scrolling performance has been significantly improved, particularly when working with large record sets (e.g. ROPA entries, vendors). Infinite scroll behaviour is now more reliable.
- German translations: Tag labels displayed throughout the interface are now correctly translated into German.
Fixes
- Organisational units – duplicate name validation: The system now correctly prevents saving an organisational unit with a name that already exists, avoiding accidental duplicates. [NG-3565]
- Resource routing: Requests were in some cases being directed to incorrect resources within the platform; this has been resolved. [NG-3909]
- Page titles: A page title that had been inadvertently hidden is now displayed again. [NG-3901]
