Overview
This release delivers a fully reworked Assessment questionnaire interface with a new navigation menu, progress tracking, comment support, and maturity-level visualisation. It also introduces automatic synchronisation of linked elements so that changes to a parent record propagate to all records that reference it. In addition, numerous improvements and bug fixes have been made across Tasks, TOMs, Assets, Vendors, Meetings, Data Collection Points, ROPA, and compliance settings.

What's new
Redesigned Assessment questionnaire frontend
The external-facing Assessment questionnaire has been comprehensively redesigned. Respondents now benefit from:
- A sidebar navigation menu that shows all sections and questions, with clear indicators of which questions have been answered or resubmitted.
- A progress bar showing overall completion at a glance.
- Numbered questions and an improved single-option question layout.
- A dedicated maturity-level indicator per question, with colour-coded CMMI recommendations.
- An in-line comment component so respondents can add and edit comments directly alongside their answers, with automatic translation support.
- An upload component for attaching supporting documents to individual questions.
- A persistent Save button so answers can be saved explicitly before submitting.
Automatic synchronisation of linked elements
When a field value is updated on a parent record (e.g. a ROPA entry), all records that are linked to it will now have the corresponding field updated automatically. This keeps linked TOMs, Assets, Vendors, and other objects consistent without manual re-entry.
Audience screen
A new Audience management screen is available under compliance settings, allowing administrators to define and manage audience groups used across the system.
Password reset feedback
Users who request a password reset now receive a confirmation toast notification upon success, giving clear feedback that the operation completed.
Assessment Template: dynamic status dropdown
Assessment Templates now include a dynamic status-selection dropdown, allowing template administrators to set and update the status of a template directly from the template settings screen.
Tasks and documents linked to Meetings, Vendors, DCPs, Legitimate Interest, and Assets
It is now possible to link Tasks, Documents, and Assessments directly from Meeting/Activity, Vendor, Data Collection Point, Legitimate Interest, and Asset records, bringing these modules in line with the rest of the platform.
Improvements
- Assessment questionnaire — Question sections are now resizable; the right-hand information card layout has been corrected.
- Assessment maturity view — The maturity colours and layout have been refined for better readability.
- Assessment comments — Comment components have been standardised and reused consistently across the questionnaire and the back-office assessment views.
- Assessment status — Status calculation logic has been updated; resubmitted questions are now counted and surfaced in the navigation menu.
- Assessment Template maturity dropdown — The maturity selection dropdown on Templates and Sections now clears correctly when a new selection is made.
- ROPA — The data-subject risk section and the legacy risk table have been removed from the ROPA detail view, simplifying the record. The TOMs tab on the ROPA detail now shows a cleaner view.
- TOMs — Tasks, Documents, and Risk links can now be added directly within a TOM record.
- Risk scenarios — The process risk edit screen has been streamlined; the damage-categories text-translation component has been removed in favour of the shared translation component.
- International Standards — Linked risk-scenario controls are now displayed correctly.
- Tags — A white-screen error when navigating to a tag record has been fixed, and tags now have a dedicated build-URL helper ensuring reliable deep links.
- Active Directory / Azure users — Azure-provisioned users can no longer be edited manually, preventing accidental data conflicts.
- Search bar – responsible person — Styles on the responsible-person search field have been adjusted for better usability.
- Selectable tables — Infinite scroll on linked-element tables now works correctly across all modules.
- Language switcher — Switching the interface language to Norwegian and other languages now works without errors.
- Upload component — A loading state is shown while documents are being uploaded, and the delete button on uploaded files is now displayed correctly.
