Overview

This release refines the Data Flow visualisation with corrected edge styles and connection behaviour, improves how Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) and assessment template names are displayed in ROPA, and tightens validation in the workflow email process. Several smaller bugs affecting questionnaire ordering and assessment result display are also resolved.

Improvements

• Data Flow diagram – Connection arrows now render with correct start and end styles, and connector handles are properly aligned on all sides of each node. Nodes can no longer be accidentally connected by dragging from a handle, preventing unintended topology changes. [NG-2768, NG-2765, NG-2766]

• ROPA – TOMs – Technical and Organisational Measures linked to a processing activity now display correctly, including support for multiple assigned measures shown simultaneously. [NG-2772, NG-2771]

• ROPA – Assessment template name – The name of the assessment template is now shown in the relevant ROPA column, making it easier to identify which template was used for a given assessment. [NG-2773]

• Workflow email templates – Unnecessary punctuation has been removed from the body of workflow notification emails, resulting in cleaner, more professional messages.

• Assessment results – The column header in the assessment result table now reads "Template" where appropriate, reflecting the correct terminology. [NG-2752]

• Declined answers – The colour used to highlight declined answers in answer-evaluation views has been adjusted for better clarity.

Fixes

• Questionnaire drag-and-drop – Reordering questions via drag and drop now correctly updates all subsequent question indexes, so numbering stays consistent after a move. [NG-2541 area]

• Workflow email validation – Additional validation checks are now applied before a workflow email is dispatched, reducing the risk of malformed or incomplete messages being sent to recipients. [NG-2541]

• Data Flow node map – A bug caused by an incorrect internal node-map implementation has been resolved, preventing display errors in the diagram. [NG-2774]
