Overview
This release focuses on three main areas: a substantially reworked sharing mechanism between parent and child companies in Group Management, improvements to Workflow constants and email template validation, and a number of under-the-hood reliability fixes that directly affect how data is displayed and kept in sync across linked records. No new top-level screens have been added, but existing features work more consistently and predictably.

What's new
Group Management – sharing from child to parent company
Child companies can now share records back to the parent company. The platform correctly propagates linked elements, categories, and tags in both directions, so compliance records stay consistent across the entire corporate hierarchy without requiring manual duplication.
Workflow constants – description field
A new Description field is now available when creating or editing Workflow constants, giving compliance teams more context directly on the constants list.
Workflow queue – runner indicator
The queue now clearly identifies which entries are currently being processed ("runner" status), making it easier to monitor active workflows at a glance.
Improvements
- Group Management / Sharing – The append flow for shared records has been significantly hardened: linked elements created for child company records are now saved to the parent company in the correct order, categories are handled properly, and deleted records are filtered out before being displayed.
- Workflow email templates – Validation now catches reserved characters and reserved strings before saving, giving clearer error messages and preventing malformed templates from reaching recipients.
- Workflow queue – A loading state is now shown while queue data is being fetched, reducing confusion when the list appears momentarily empty.
- Selectable tables – "Select all" now shows an accurate count of the selected items, and checkboxes in the workflow queue are correctly disabled where applicable.
- Sharing – download changes – The download-changes flow now correctly includes files attached to linked documents and policies, so nothing is missing when pulling updates from a parent record.
- Authentication / redirect – After logging in, users are now redirected to the page they originally requested, including any query-string parameters, instead of always landing on the dashboard.
- Multi-language support – New and corrected translation keys have been added for comparison operators, variable formatting instructions, error messages, and role-validation messages across all supported languages.
Fixes
- Sharing – linked records not updating – Changes pushed from a parent record to linked child records now apply reliably; a logic error that caused some updates to be skipped silently has been resolved.
- Sharing – duplicate element creation – An incorrect validation that prevented certain shared records from being saved correctly has been removed [NG-5105].
- Assessment answering error – An error that occurred when answering certain assessment questions has been resolved [NG-5328].
- Group Management redirect – Users are now correctly redirected after completing a Group Management action [NG-5227].
- ROPA – file history – Files attached to linked documents and policies are now updated correctly in the record history when a parent record changes.
- Tags controller – Filtering now correctly excludes deleted tags from results, preventing stale entries from appearing in selection lists.
