Overview
This release strengthens the assessment and risk management area with more reliable risk evaluation processing, improved TOM status visibility in the Record of Compliance (RoC), and a new button that lets you select all relevant TOMs in one click. Several bugs affecting risk evaluation, TOM treatment plans, and assessment template validation have also been resolved.

What's new
Select All Relevant TOMs [NG-5162]
A new Select All Relevant button is now available in the TOM selection view. You can use it to mark all applicable TOMs as relevant in a single action, saving time when reviewing a large catalogue of measures.
TOM Status in the Record of Compliance [NG-5082]
The Record of Compliance (RoC) now displays the implementation status of each TOM directly in the overview. This makes it easier to see at a glance which measures are planned, in progress, or fully implemented, without having to open individual TOM records.
Risk Evaluation Linked to Assessment Answers [NG-5056]
Risk evaluation results in assessments now properly reflect the answers provided in the questionnaire. Specifically, risks are automatically updated to Implemented, Suggested, or Planned status based on the corresponding assessment responses, giving you a more accurate picture of your risk posture.
Sync Status Check for Data Sharing [NG-5146]
A dedicated status indicator has been added to the data-sharing configuration. You can now see in real time whether your sharing setup is synchronised, reducing uncertainty when managing cross-organisation data flows.
Improvements
- Assessment templates — Validation of assessment templates has been tightened to catch configuration errors earlier, including JSON structure checks and improved error messages that are easier to understand. [NG-5014]
- Language abbreviation validation — Abbreviation checks now only run for languages that are actively enabled in your account, preventing false validation warnings for inactive locales.
- Dashboard — Minor updates to the home screen ensure data displayed on the dashboard stays consistent with the latest record changes.
Fixes
- [NG-5086] Fixed an issue where TOM status was not being saved or displayed correctly under certain conditions.
- [NG-5058] Resolved a problem in the assessment flow that could prevent questions from being processed correctly.
- [NG-5070] Corrected a behaviour in risk scenario controls that caused unexpected results when editing linked risk scenarios.
