What's new
RASCI Responsibility Matrix for Projects [NG-3152]
Projects now include a dedicated RASCI table that lets you assign Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, and Informed roles to team members across project tasks. The matrix displays clear column headers and a legend explaining each role, making accountability visible at a glance.
People Tab in Projects [NG-3151]
A new People tab has been added to the project detail and form views. You can now manage project team members directly within a project record, including viewing and editing their roles.
Drag-and-Drop Task Board for Projects [NG-3150]
Tasks within a project can now be reordered using drag and drop. A visual progress bar automatically reflects the completion status of tasks, giving project managers an immediate overview of how far along a project is.
Cost Impact Detail and Form [NG-3140]
Projects now include a dedicated Cost Impact section where you can record and review financial impact data, including currency-based input fields and a summary list of risk values.
Project Risk Settings
A new Projects Risk section has been added under Risk Settings. You can now define and manage risk models specifically for projects, separate from process and asset risk models.
Asset Risk Models Table
The Asset Risk settings screen now displays a structured models table, making it easier to review and manage asset-specific risk configurations.
Steps Progress View in Projects
A new Steps Progress tab in project detail and form views visualises the sequential progress of defined project steps, complementing the existing task progress bar.
Azure Active Directory: Group Sync [NG-3190]
The Azure Active Directory integration now includes a Sync Groups button, allowing administrators to manually trigger synchronisation of AD groups into the platform. The screen also displays a groups count and improved role-mapping feedback.
Improvements
- Projects – Expiration Date & Copy [NG-3192]: Projects can now be given an expiration date. A copy interaction has been added so that existing projects can be duplicated more easily.
- Projects – Back Button [NG-3133]: Navigation within the projects area has been improved. The back button now correctly returns users to the tab they came from, rather than always going to the top of the list.
- Risk Settings – Process Risk: The process risk edit screen has been substantially revised with clearer layout and additional configurable fields.
- Linked Tasks – Create Menu: When viewing linked tasks on a record, a create menu is now available directly within the linked tasks panel, reducing the number of steps needed to add a new task.
- Status Menu: The completion state of menu items is now correctly initialised, preventing items from appearing incorrectly marked as complete.
- Terminology: The label "Persons" has been renamed to People throughout the platform for consistency.
- Azure AD – Roles Mapping: Role mapping between Azure AD groups and platform roles has been corrected and now displays translations properly.
- Session handling [NG-3181]: If the currently selected company has been deleted or its access has expired, the platform now automatically falls back to a valid default company rather than showing an error.
Fixes
- [NG-3190] Role mapping for Azure Active Directory groups was not applied correctly in some configurations — this has been resolved.
- [NG-3133] The back button in project and other detail screens was not always returning users to the correct previous tab — now fixed.
- [NG-3181] Users with an expired or deleted company selection were not automatically redirected to a valid company — resolved.
