Release 257 brings a renamed and expanded IAM Token management screen, improved sharing workflows, notification enhancements, and several bug fixes across the platform.

Overview

This release renames the former SCIM Tokens section to IAM Tokens, reflecting a broader identity and access management scope. It also improves how shared objects are handled, refines the notifications panel, and fixes a number of user-visible inconsistencies throughout the application.

IAM Tokens screen [NG-4249]

The token management area under IT Settings → IAM has been renamed from "SCIM Tokens" to IAM Tokens. The screen now supports multiple token types, giving administrators greater flexibility when connecting external identity providers and provisioning systems.

Consultation process: "Managed by" company name display [NG-4275]

The consultation process view now shows the display name of the company recorded in the "Managed by" field, making it easier to identify the responsible organisation at a glance.

Improvements

Sharing workflow – The sharing screens have been stabilised and the "shared with" information is now stored and displayed more reliably, reducing the chance of a blank screen when opening a shared object [NG-4276, NG-4239, NG-4238, NG-4237].

Linked elements tab – Filtering within the linked elements tab has been improved so that results are scoped correctly to the current record [NG-4208].

Notifications panel – The notifications popover has been updated with additional context, improving readability of incoming alerts.

Navigation arrows – Previous/next navigation arrows on detail pages are now shown only when there is actually a previous or next record to navigate to, avoiding confusing dead-end clicks.

Responsible persons – The responsible persons field now saves changes more reliably across all record types [NG-4285].

Widget e-mail field – The contact widget now accepts multiple e-mail addresses in the e-mail field, bringing it in line with the standard record editor.

Tags in menu – Tags are now surfaced correctly in the side menu [NG-4277].

Table cell styling – Table cells across the application now render with consistent visual styling, improving readability of list views.

"Select all" in create / shared dialogs – The "select all rows" checkbox in create and sharing dialogs now activates correctly in all scenarios.

Label inconsistency – Corrected mismatched field labels that appeared in certain detail views [NG-4266].

Alert message translation – Fixed an incorrect translation used in validation alert messages [NG-4273].

Filter by ID in risk scenarios – Resolved an issue where filtering by ID in the risk scenario list did not return the expected results.

Asset update on delete – Fixed a data issue when deleting child items from an asset record that could leave the record in an inconsistent state [NG-4270].

Missing translations – Added previously missing UI translations for several labels across all supported languages [NG-4268, NG-4267].

Login panel – Minor correction to the login screen behaviour [NG-3950].

Linked elements details – Fixed display issues in the linked elements details panel [NG-3968].
