Overview

This release introduces activity logs for tasks, allowing teams to track status changes and key events directly within a task record. It also brings significant improvements to filter accuracy, assessment import reliability, and translation handling across several areas of the platform, including ROPA, Compliance Settings, and risk scenarios.

Task Logs

Tasks now support an activity log, giving users the ability to record and review log entries — including status updates and relevant notes — directly from the task detail view. This makes it easier to trace the history of a task without leaving the record. [NG-1098]

Improvements

Filters — Filter behaviour has been corrected and made more consistent across list views, including fixes for group-sharing filters that were returning incorrect results. [NG-1215]

Assessment import — Importing assessments has been improved to handle edge cases more reliably and avoid data loss during the process. [NG-1290]

Assessment templates — Dropdown fields and tab redirection within assessment templates now behave correctly after saving.

Text translation — The translate button in multi-language fields now validates properly before triggering a translation request, preventing unnecessary errors. [NG-1259]

ROPA — An issue that could cause a blank screen when opening the assessment section within a ROPA record has been resolved, and translations for affected-persons categories have been added.

TOMs (Technical and Organisational Measures) — Duplicate entries in linked TOMs are now prevented when the same measure is linked more than once.

Subtasks — Date validation and field rules for subtasks have been tightened, and subtask changes now appear in the change log.

International Standards — Changes made within International Standards are now correctly reflected and visible after saving. [NG-1168]

Compliance Settings – Tags — Translation issues affecting tag labels in Compliance Settings have been resolved. [NG-1147, NG-1257]

Risk scenarios — A translation bug affecting process-risk labels has been fixed. [NG-1291]

Group sharing — Logic has been improved to prevent duplicate entries when sharing configurations across companies, and country filters are now applied correctly in shared contexts. [NG-1283]

Session validation — Session handling has been hardened to detect and respond to invalid or expired sessions more reliably. [NG-1248]

Fixes

[NG-1285] — Various general fixes across TOM-related screens, including missing attributes and incorrect field states.

[NG-1186] — A missing space before dynamically inserted text has been corrected.

[NG-1257] — Tag type labels ("Art"/"Typ") were incorrectly changed in a prior release; the correct values have been restored.
