What's new
Automatic saving in IS Controls [NG-1986]
The lock and unlock icon in IS Controls has been removed. Changes you make to a control — such as editing a text field, selecting a value from a dropdown, or updating the responsible person — are now saved automatically. Text fields save shortly after you stop typing; dropdowns save immediately on selection. This means you no longer need to remember to unlock a control before editing or to manually confirm your changes afterwards.
Improvements
- IS Controls – editing safeguards: While a change is being saved in the background, the fields are temporarily protected against accidental further edits or deletions, preventing data conflicts.
- IS Controls – audit log: The audit log refreshes automatically after a dropdown value is changed, so the history is always up to date without a manual page reload.
- Asset Groups – standard-specific risk columns: The Asset Groups table now shows the current risk and the risk after mitigation for the selected standard, giving you a clearer at-a-glance picture of your risk posture per framework.
- Selectable tables – loading indicator: A spinner is now displayed on any selectable table (e.g. in ROPA and Assets) while data is being sorted, so it is clear that the system is working and not frozen.
- Detail panel – automatic close on row selection: When you select a row in the Assets or ROPA tables inside TOMs, the detail side-panel now closes automatically, keeping the workspace tidy.
- Filter / search: The filter and search component has been updated with additional improvements to ensure results and selections are displayed correctly.
Fixes
- Asset Groups – extra columns in table [NG-2218]: Asset Groups were incorrectly showing additional columns that did not belong to the table view. This has been corrected.
- Sorting – missing loading spinner [NG-2093]: Triggering a sort on certain list views did not show a loading indicator, leaving users uncertain whether the action had been registered. A spinner now appears consistently.
