Release 105 brings improvements to the Controls area — including activity logs and a new code field — along with fixes for the Risk Scenario damage options, ROPA TOMs, dashboard layout, and several translation issues across all supported languages.

Overview

This release focuses on the Controls module, which receives a richer activity log view and a new code field. Several user-facing bugs have been resolved in Risk Scenarios, ROPA, and the Dashboard, and placeholder texts in the global search have been corrected. Translations have been updated across all supported languages.

Activity log for Controls [NG-4870]

Controls now include a dedicated activity log section. You can review who made changes to a control and when, giving you a clear audit trail directly within the control detail view.

Code field for Controls [NG-5170]

A new Code field has been added to control records, allowing you to assign and display a unique identifier for each control — useful for referencing controls in reports or mapping them to external frameworks.

"Screen not supported" page

A dedicated page is now shown when a screen or resolution is not supported, instead of displaying a blank or broken layout.

Improvements

Global search – Placeholder text in the search bar has been corrected and a loading animation is now shown while search results are being retrieved. [NG-5171]

Dashboard – The position of the ROPA Risk tile has been adjusted for a cleaner layout. [NG-5147] [NG-4279]

Risk Scenario – Damage tab – The list of damage options now displays correctly with the right values. [NG-5054]

Vendor detail – The Vendor control implementation section now correctly displays the scenario name. [NG-4799]

Project dates – The Project start and Planned project end date fields were reversed and have now been corrected. [NG-5144]

Controls – Maturity & Conformity – Layout and styling improvements have been applied to this section for better readability.

Controls – Evidence Review – Usability refinements have been made to the evidence review flow.

Fixes

Risk Scenario – TOMs tab – Fixed an error in the ROPA TOMs section that caused incorrect behaviour when damage control options were loaded. [NG-5099]

Risk after ROPA – Resolved a bug where risk data was not correctly reflected after changes were made in the ROPA section.

Audience screen – White screen – Fixed a blank-screen error that appeared under certain conditions on the Audience screen. [NG-5160]

Controls – Missing functionality – Restored missing interactive elements in the Controls detail view. [NG-5161] [NG-5172]

Risk target achieved – Count – Corrected an incorrect count for risks where the target had been achieved. [NG-5159]

Missing translations – Several labels that were appearing in the wrong language or were untranslated have been corrected across all supported languages. [NG-4997] [NG-5073]

Duplicate organisational unit – Fixed an issue where an organisational unit could appear twice in certain lists.

Document types in German – Document type labels now display correctly in German. [NG-4724]
